1. Introduction JET ROLE respects the privacy of employees,

professionals, candidates, and job seekers who use the Platform.

This Employee Privacy Policy explains how JET ROLE collects, uses,

stores, discloses, protects, and otherwise processes personal data when

an individual:

This Policy should be read together with:

JET ROLE Privacy Overview. Employee Terms and Conditions. Cookie Policy.

Artificial Intelligence Policy. Security Policy. Any additional notice

presented when a specific feature is used. 2. Our Role JET ROLE operates

a recruitment Platform that enables Employees to create professional

profiles, search for employment opportunities, apply for jobs,

communicate with Employers, and use career-related services.

JET ROLE generally determines the purposes and methods of processing

personal data collected directly through Employee accounts and Platform

activity.

An Employer that receives personal data through an application, resume

download, candidate search, interview process, or communication may also

process that information for its own recruitment purposes.

Once an Employer lawfully receives Employee information, that Employer

may have its own responsibilities under applicable privacy, employment,

and data-protection laws.

JET ROLE does not control every action performed independently by an

Employer outside the Platform.

3. Scope of This Policy This Policy applies to personal data processed

through:

The JET ROLE website. Employee registration and login pages. Employee

dashboards. Employee profiles. Professional Identity pages. Public CV

pages. Job-search pages. Job applications. Saved jobs. Company-following

features. Employee-following features, where available. Referral

features. Subscription and payment pages. AI-powered Employee tools.

verified current employee on the Company’s public profile, where

available.

The employment verification process does not modify your resume,

employment history, professional profile, qualifications, skills,

certifications, or any other information contained in your Employee

treated as sensitive or require additional protection under applicable

law.

This may include information concerning:

Health or disability. Religious or philosophical beliefs. Biometric or

genetic information. Criminal records. Memberships or affiliations.

Other legally protected characteristics. JET ROLE does not require

Employees to add unnecessary sensitive information to a public profile

or resume.

You should avoid uploading sensitive personal data unless:

It is relevant and lawfully required for the particular purpose. You

understand how it will be used. You have a lawful right to provide it.

Any required consent or authorization has been obtained. JET ROLE may

remove, hide, restrict, or request deletion of unnecessary sensitive

information.

6. How We Collect Personal Data We may collect personal data:

6.1 Directly From You For example, when you:

Register an account. Verify your email. Complete your profile. Upload a

resume. Apply for a job. Contact an Employer. Use an AI feature.

Purchase a subscription. Use a coupon or referral code. Contact customer

support. Change privacy settings. 6.2 Automatically We may collect

technical and usage information when you:

Visit the Platform. Log in. Use a dashboard. View or search for jobs.

Interact with emails. Use cookies or similar technologies. Use

account-security features. 6.3 From Employers Employers may provide or

generate information relating to:

Your application. Application status. Interview invitation. Recruitment

communication. Candidate status. Job offer or selection status.

Suspected misuse or inaccurate information. Recruitment activity

performed through the Platform. 6.4 From Service Providers We may

receive limited information from:

Payment providers. Email-delivery providers. Identity or verification

providers. Analytics providers. Security and fraud-prevention providers.

AI service providers. Cloud and hosting providers. Customer-support

providers. 6.5 From Public or Authorized Sources Where lawful and

appropriate, we may receive information from:

Public professional pages. Public portfolios. Public company pages.

Professional or educational sources. A person authorized by you. An

organization authorized to create or manage an account on your behalf.

7. Purposes of Processing JET ROLE may process Employee personal data

for the following purposes.

7.1 Account Creation and Administration To:

Create your Employee account. Verify your contact information.

Authenticate login. Maintain account settings. Provide password

recovery. Manage subscription status. Provide customer support.

Communicate important account information. 7.2 Professional Profile and

Resume Services To:

Create and display your professional profile. Store and replace your

resume. Generate your Professional Identity page. Provide a QR code or

vCard. Operate public-profile features selected by you. Allow eligible

Employers to discover your profile according to your settings. Verify

Employee-company relationships and display approved current Employees on

public Company profiles where the feature is available.

7.3 Video Introduction and Employer Access JET ROLE allows you to add an

optional Video Introduction to your professional profile. JET ROLE

currently processes the video through the video URL and related metadata

provided through the Platform; the underlying video content may be

hosted by an external video or hosting provider.

Your Video Introduction is not automatically available to Employers

merely because you add it to your JET ROLE profile.

An Employer may request access to your Video Introduction only when:

You have submitted a job application to that Employer through JET ROLE.

Your relevant application has progressed to the Reviewing stage in the

Employer’s recruitment pipeline.

Reaching the Reviewing stage does not itself disclose your Video

Introduction.

The Employer must submit a Video Introduction access request through JET

ROLE, and you may approve or decline that request.

Your Video Introduction becomes accessible to the requesting Employer

only after you approve the request. Adding a Video Introduction does not

constitute consent for all Employers to view it, and an Employer cannot

obtain access solely because it discovered your profile through

Candidate Search.

Once approved, access currently remains available without a predefined

automatic expiration period unless the applicable access grant is

invalidated or removed. Changing the Video Introduction URL may

invalidate a previous access grant and require a new request or

approval.

JET ROLE may process:

The video URL you provide. Video-related metadata and settings. The

identity of the requesting Employer. The relevant application and

Reviewing-stage eligibility. The date and status of an access request.

Your approval or rejection. Changes to the video URL that affect

previously granted access. Notifications and technical records required

to operate, secure, and administer the feature.

Where the underlying video is hosted by a third-party service, that

provider may process information according to its own privacy policy,

terms, storage locations, cookies, and technical practices. JET ROLE

does not control the independent privacy or data-processing practices of

that third-party provider.

Removing or changing the link in JET ROLE does not necessarily delete

the original video or copies maintained by an external hosting provider.

7.4 Job Search and Applications To:

Display job opportunities. Process searches and filters. Provide job

recommendations. Save jobs. Submit applications. Transfer application

information to the relevant Employer. Display application status.

Facilitate interviews and recruitment communications. 7.5 Employer

Search and Candidate Discovery To:

Allow eligible Employers to search for candidates. Display candidate

profiles that are eligible for discovery under the Platform’s current

access rules. Permit Employers to save or shortlist candidates. Provide

resume access based on Platform permissions and subscriptions. Record

profile views or resume downloads. Prevent unauthorized data access. 7.6

Artificial Intelligence Services To:

Evaluate resumes. Calculate or display job-match indicators. Recommend

jobs. Identify possible skill gaps. Generate career suggestions. Assist

with interview preparation. Suggest resume improvements. Generate or

improve professional content. Enforce monthly or subscription-based AI

limits. Monitor reliability, security, and misuse. 7.7 Communications

and Notifications To send:

Email-verification messages. Account-activation messages. Application

confirmations. Application-status updates. Interview invitations. Job

alerts. Company-following notifications. Security alerts. Subscription

and payment notices. Policy updates. Service announcements. Marketing

communications, including applicable educational and re-engagement

communications, where the applicable marketing consent and communication

requirements are satisfied.

7.8 Security and Fraud Prevention To:

Protect accounts. Detect unauthorized login. Prevent fake profiles.

Detect false resumes or applications. Prevent automated abuse.

Investigate security incidents. Protect Employers and Employees. Enforce

usage limits. Maintain audit records. Resolve disputes. 7.9 Analytics

and Platform Improvement To:

Understand Platform usage. Measure feature performance. Improve search

and matching. Identify technical errors. Develop new services. Improve

accessibility and user experience. Produce aggregated or anonymized

statistics. Evaluate recruitment-market trends without unnecessarily

identifying individuals. 7.10 Legal and Compliance Purposes To:

Comply with applicable law. Respond to lawful government or judicial

requests. Maintain required financial or transaction records. Establish,

exercise, or defend legal claims. Investigate complaints. Enforce JET

ROLE’s policies. Protect the rights and safety of users and third

parties. 8. Legal Basis for Processing Depending on the circumstances

and applicable law, JET ROLE may process personal data based on:

Your consent. The need to provide services requested by you. Performance

of an agreement with you. Compliance with a legal or regulatory

obligation. Protection of your interests or the interests of another

person where legally permitted. JET ROLE’s legitimate interests,

provided those interests do not improperly override your rights.

Establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. Another lawful

basis recognized under applicable law. Where we rely on consent, you may

withdraw that consent through the withdrawal method made available for

the relevant activity or by submitting a request through JET ROLE Help

Center → Support Ticket → Privacy & Personal Data.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that lawfully occurred

before withdrawal.

Some services may no longer be available where the relevant processing

is necessary to provide them.

9. Resume and Profile Visibility JET ROLE provides different forms of

profile visibility. Candidate Search visibility is separate from

Public Professional Profile and Public CV visibility.

9.1 Candidate Search and Employer Discovery Eligible Employers may be

able to discover professional information through Candidate Search in

accordance with the Platform’s current access, subscription, permission,

security, and eligibility rules.

Candidate Search does not by itself make your Professional Identity page

or Public CV publicly available on the internet.

Information already provided to an Employer through a job application

remains subject to the application and recruitment processing described

in this Policy.

JET ROLE may introduce additional Employee controls for Candidate Search

visibility. Where such controls become available, the applicable setting

and its privacy effect will be presented through the Platform.

9.2 Public Professional Profile Your Professional Identity page is

private/off by default and is not made public merely because you create

an Employee account or Professional CV.

Where you enable a public Professional Identity page:

Selected information may be accessible without login. The page may be

indexed by search engines. Other persons may share the public link.

Information may remain temporarily available in search-engine caches

after you disable the page. Private contact information remains hidden

unless the Platform expressly provides a lawful option for you to

display it and you choose to do so.

9.3 Public CV Your Public CV is private/off by default and is not made

public merely because you create an Employee account or Professional CV.

Where you enable a Public CV:

Selected CV information may be accessible through a public URL. The

Public CV may be shared by you or by persons who access it. Public

availability increases the risk of copying or independent storage by

third parties. JET ROLE cannot guarantee deletion of copies made or

retained by independent third parties. You should carefully review all

information before making a profile or CV public.

9.4 CV and Resume Export When you use JET ROLE’s resume or CV export

features, we may process information contained in your Professional CV,

including information you have provided about your professional

experience, education, skills, qualifications, certifications, and other

profile information, for the purpose of generating the requested

document.

The generated document may contain personal information selected from

your Professional CV. You are responsible for reviewing the document

before downloading or sharing it and for deciding what information you

wish to make available to third parties.

Once you download, upload, email, share, or otherwise distribute an

exported resume outside JET ROLE, JET ROLE does not control how third

parties store, process, use, or further disclose that copy. Third-party

employers, recruitment platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems, and other

services may process the document according to their own privacy

policies and terms.

9.5 Video Introduction Access Video Introduction access is governed by

Section 7.3 of this Policy. A Video Introduction is not automatically

disclosed to Employers. For an Employer to request access, the Employee

must have applied to that Employer and the relevant application must

have reached the Reviewing stage. The Employee may then approve or

decline the Employer’s request.

10. Job Applications and Disclosure to Employers When you actively

submit an application for a job through JET ROLE, your existing

Professional CV and the relevant information associated with your

application are made available to the Employer that posted or

manages that vacancy and its authorized team members for recruitment

purposes.

This disclosure occurs as a result of your affirmative action in

submitting the job application and does not make your Professional CV

publicly available.

Information made available to the Employer may include:

Your name and applicable contact information. Your Professional CV and

profile information. Employment history, skills, experience, education,

qualifications and certifications. Cover letter, where provided.

Application and screening-question responses. Supporting documents

submitted with the application. Application date and status. Other

information you intentionally submit as part of that application.

Changing your Candidate Search visibility, Public CV status, or other

general profile-visibility settings after submitting an application does

not automatically withdraw information already provided to the relevant

Employer through that application.

Employers may retain recruitment records already lawfully received,

subject to their own legal obligations and the JET ROLE Terms and

Conditions.

Resume Access and Download: When you apply for a job, the relevant

Employer and its authorized team members may access and, where the

Platform permits, download or export your Professional CV for legitimate

recruitment and hiring purposes related to your application.

Purpose Limitation: Employers must not use Candidate Personal Data

obtained through JET ROLE for unrelated marketing, advertising, resale,

unauthorized distribution, or other purposes incompatible with

recruitment.

Post-Disclosure Control: Once an authorized Employer has lawfully

downloaded or exported your CV, JET ROLE may not be technically able to

remove copies already stored outside the Platform. The Employer remains

responsible for its subsequent handling of that Personal Data in

accordance with applicable law and JET ROLE’s Employer Terms and privacy

requirements.

11. Employer Responsibilities Employers using JET ROLE must use Employee

information only for legitimate recruitment, hiring,

workforce-planning, and related lawful purposes.

Employers must not use candidate information to:

Send unrelated marketing. Sell or commercially trade candidate data.

Build unauthorized databases. Contact candidates for unrelated services.

Discriminate unlawfully. Publish private resumes. Share information with

unauthorized persons. Circumvent Platform restrictions. Retain

information longer than lawfully necessary. JET ROLE may investigate

complaints, restrict Employer access, suspend accounts, or take other

action where misuse is suspected.

However, JET ROLE is not responsible for every independent act of an

Employer after the Employer receives information lawfully through the

Platform.

12. Employer Activity Involving Your Profile or Resume JET ROLE may

record Employer activity involving Employee profiles and resumes for

recruitment operations, subscription controls, security, audit,

fraud prevention, support, and dispute resolution.

Such activity may include profile views, resume access or downloads,

saved-candidate activity, shortlisting, application-status changes,

interview invitations, and related recruitment events.

JET ROLE does not guarantee that Employer activity will be displayed to

the Employee. Some activity may remain internal to the Employer or JET

ROLE where it forms part of confidential recruitment processes, security

records, audit records, legal records, or private Employer notes.

13. Artificial Intelligence Processing JET ROLE provides Artificial

Intelligence-assisted features to support career, profile, resume,

job-matching, application, interview-preparation, and related

professional services.

Depending on the AI feature used, JET ROLE may process relevant

professional and career-related information, including:

Resume or selected resume content. Country and city of residence.

Nationality. Languages. Skills. Years of experience. Desired job title.

Professional summary. Preferred job country or city. Salary range, where

applicable. Employment history. Education. Certifications. Relevant job

descriptions. Questions, prompts, or instructions you intentionally

submit to an AI feature. JET ROLE uses OpenAI as an external Artificial

Intelligence service provider for applicable AI-powered features.

JET ROLE applies data-minimization controls to the Employee profile

context used for applicable AI processing. The following fields are

excluded from that profile context and are not intentionally transmitted

to OpenAI through that profile-context process:

Full name, first name, and last name. Email address. Mobile or telephone

number. WhatsApp number. Date of birth. Gender. Marital status. Number

of dependents. National ID or Iqama information. IBAN. Address. This

exclusion applies to the profile context automatically prepared by JET

ROLE. You should not intentionally enter unnecessary Personal Data or

Sensitive Personal Data into a free-text AI prompt.

AI-generated outputs may include profile or resume scores, match

information, suggested improvements, job or career recommendations,

interview-preparation content, skill suggestions, and generated

professional content.

AI outputs are provided as decision-support and advisory information

only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, outdated, or

affected by technical limitations or bias.

AI-generated results do not constitute a final hiring, rejection,

interview, compensation, or employment decision. Employers remain

responsible for their recruitment and employment decisions.

Further information is provided in the JET ROLE Artificial Intelligence

Policy.

13.1 AI Usage Records and Temporary Processing JET ROLE may maintain

limited records relating to the use of AI features for purposes such as

feature limits, subscription entitlements, service administration,

security, and usage monitoring.

AI usage records may include the user identifier, AI feature used,

applicable usage period, usage count, and relevant timestamps.

JET ROLE’s AI usage counter does not itself store the AI prompt, AI

response, or token usage as part of the usage-counter record.

Certain AI features may temporarily cache generated results to operate

or optimize the service. For example, the Profile Score feature may

temporarily cache its generated result for up to 24 hours.

Other interactive AI features may process generated results without

maintaining a permanent AI-output history within JET ROLE where no

persistent storage is required for the feature.

Temporary technical processing or caching does not mean that all AI

interactions are permanently retained by JET ROLE.

Processing performed by an external AI service provider is also subject

to the applicable provider arrangements and JET ROLE’s vendor, privacy,

and international-transfer controls.

14. Automated Recommendations and Human Decisions JET ROLE may use

automated tools to organize, recommend, rank, filter, or present

jobs and candidate information.

These tools may consider factors such as:

Skills. Experience. Education. Location. Job preferences. Search

activity. Job-description relevance. Profile completeness.

Employer-selected criteria. A recommendation, ranking, or match score

does not represent a final employment decision.

Employers remain responsible for hiring, rejection, interview,

compensation, and employment decisions.

JET ROLE may provide options to request information or human support

where required by applicable law and technically available.

15. Who May Receive Employee Data JET ROLE may disclose personal data

to:

15.1 Employers Where:

You submit an application. Your profile is visible. You enable Employer

discovery. You communicate with the Employer. Disclosure is otherwise

authorized by you or permitted by law. 15.2 Authorized Service Providers

Including providers supporting:

Cloud hosting. Data storage. Email delivery. Notifications. Payment

processing. Customer support. Analytics. Security. Fraud prevention.

Identity verification. AI services. Document processing. Backup and

disaster recovery. 15.3 JET ROLE Personnel and Contractors Authorized

personnel may access information only where reasonably required for:

Support. Security. Administration. Technical maintenance. Compliance.

Dispute resolution. Service improvement. 15.4 Professional Advisers Such

as:

Lawyers. Auditors. Accountants. Insurers. Security consultants. 15.5

Government and Legal Authorities Where disclosure is:

Required by law. Required by a lawful order. Necessary to respond to a

regulatory request. Necessary to prevent or investigate fraud or

security incidents. Necessary to protect legal rights or safety. 15.6

Business Transactions Personal data may be disclosed as part of:

A merger. Acquisition. Financing. Corporate restructuring. Sale of

assets. Transfer of the Platform. Appropriate confidentiality and legal

safeguards should be applied where required.

16. Third-Party Service Providers JET ROLE may use service providers

that process personal data on our behalf.

We seek to require such providers to:

Process data only for authorized purposes. Maintain confidentiality.

Apply appropriate security safeguards. Limit access to authorized

personnel. Support deletion or return of data where required. Notify JET

ROLE of relevant security incidents. Comply with applicable contractual

and legal requirements. Some providers may independently determine

limited processing purposes under their own privacy policies,

particularly payment, authentication, analytics, or legally regulated

services.

Current service categories may include OpenAI for applicable AI-powered

features, PayPal for applicable payment processing, Google Analytics for

website and Platform analytics, and other infrastructure or service

providers used to operate JET ROLE. The providers used may change as the

Platform evolves.

17. International Data Transfers JET ROLE or its service providers may

process or store personal data outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

International transfers may occur when using:

Cloud-hosting providers. Email services. AI providers. Security

services. Analytics providers. Customer-support platforms. Other

international infrastructure. Where personal data is transferred outside

the Kingdom, JET ROLE will seek to apply the assessments, safeguards,

contractual protections, approvals, and other measures required by

applicable law.

The availability of JET ROLE in Saudi Arabia does not necessarily mean

that every service provider or backup system is physically located

inside the Kingdom.

18. Data Retention and Employee Account Lifecycle

JET ROLE retains Employee personal data for as long as necessary for the relevant purposes, subject to applicable Saudi legal, regulatory, financial, security, operational, and record-retention requirements. Retention periods vary by record category; a request to delete an account does not necessarily require immediate destruction of every associated record.

18.1 Active Accounts. While an Employee account is active, JET ROLE may retain the account, profile, Professional CV, applications, preferences, subscriptions, communications, and related service records as described in this Policy.

18.2 Frozen Accounts. An Employee may temporarily freeze their own eligible account using Account Status & Privacy, after the required identity verification. Freezing is not deletion. JET ROLE preserves the account and its underlying data and previously selected privacy preferences, but makes the Employee unavailable through Candidate Search, public Professional Identity and Public CV pages, and other public or employer discovery features. While frozen, the Employee cannot submit job applications or receive new contact through JET ROLE’s Employee contact features. Optional marketing, job alerts, and ordinary Platform notifications are paused; essential account, verification, security, and lifecycle communications may continue. Logging in and selecting Unfreeze restores the account and the privacy settings that applied before freezing, subject to other applicable restrictions. Freezing does not pause, extend, or refund a paid subscription.

18.3 Pending Deletion. A verified Employee may request self-service account deletion under Section 24. After acceptance of the request, the account is placed into a restricted, hidden state during the 90-day waiting period. During that period, ordinary Employee features are unavailable, and communications are limited to necessary security, verification, account-recovery, and deletion-related messages. Signing in successfully before final deletion automatically cancels the pending deletion request, restores the account subject to applicable restrictions, and triggers a cancellation confirmation email.

18.4 Final Deletion and Destruction. Once the applicable waiting period and reminder requirements are met, JET ROLE permanently removes the Employee account and associated active-platform data that is no longer required, including login credentials, account settings, sessions, OTP and trusted-device records, saved jobs, follows, public profile and Professional Identity information, Professional CV and related profile data, and Employee-specific notification and email-history records. A final confirmation email may be sent before the Platform deletes its record of that message. Final deletion cannot be reversed and the deleted account cannot be restored.

18.5 Recruitment Records. Applications previously submitted may remain within Employers’ recruitment records where retention is necessary and lawful. Within JET ROLE’s retained application records, the deleted Employee’s name is replaced with ‘Deleted Account’ and the account association is removed or de-identified as appropriate. This does not guarantee erasure of documents, copies, or records already lawfully downloaded or separately maintained by Employers or independent third parties. Any personal data that remains identifiable in retained application attachments or free-text records must be separately assessed and minimized, de-identified, restricted, or removed as applicable.

18.6 Records Retained for Limited Purposes. JET ROLE may retain necessary subscription, invoice, payment, coupon, transaction, and related accounting records; de-identified support tickets, campaign and event records; and security, audit, incident, or legal records for applicable retention periods. Employee-related referral coupons may be retained in a disabled state. Identifiers such as IP address or browser details are removed from de-identified support, campaign, and event records unless specific lawful retention requirements apply. JET ROLE may keep a minimal non-identifying record evidencing that deletion was completed. A registered email address may remain in a restricted global marketing suppression list solely to prevent unsolicited marketing; that suppression entry is not used to contact the former Employee. These retained records must not be used to reactivate the deleted account or send ordinary communications.

18.7 Backups and External Copies. Information deleted from live Platform systems may remain temporarily in protected backups until the relevant backup cycle expires, subject to applicable law and restoration controls. Public search engines and other third parties may retain cached or independently collected copies outside JET ROLE’s direct control.

18.8 Legal Rights and Exceptions. A statutory right to request destruction or other privacy relief is not replaced or limited by the voluntary self-service deletion workflow. JET ROLE will review rights requests in accordance with applicable law, including where a shorter period or different action is legally required. Records are not retained solely because the 90-day period exists if earlier destruction is legally required.

19. Data Accuracy You are responsible for maintaining accurate,

complete, and current information.

You should update your account when:

Your contact information changes. Your employment status changes. Your

resume changes. A certification expires. Your location changes. Your job

preferences change. Information is no longer accurate. JET ROLE may

request correction, verification, or removal of information that

appears:

False. Misleading. Outdated. Incomplete. Fraudulent. Unlawful.

Inconsistent with Platform rules. JET ROLE may restrict or suspend an

account while material information is being reviewed.

20. Data Security JET ROLE applies administrative, technical, and

organizational safeguards designed to protect Employee personal

data.

Measures may include:

Role-based access. Account authentication. Password protection. OTP

verification. Trusted-device controls. Session expiration. Automatic

logout. Secure transmission. Encryption where appropriate. Audit

logging. Monitoring. Backup procedures. Fraud detection. Access reviews.

Vendor-security requirements. Incident-response procedures. No online

system can guarantee absolute security.

Employees must:

Protect their password. Keep OTP codes confidential. Avoid sharing

accounts. Log out from shared devices. Maintain secure devices. Report

suspicious activity promptly. Further information is provided in the JET

ROLE Security Policy.

21. Personal Data Breaches Where JET ROLE becomes aware of a

personal-data breach, we may:

Investigate the incident. Contain the breach. Protect affected systems.

Reset credentials. Suspend affected sessions. Notify service providers.

Preserve evidence. Notify the competent authority where required. Notify

affected Employees where required or appropriate. Take measures to

reduce future risk. Notification may be delayed or limited where

permitted by law, required for security, or requested by a competent

authority.

22. Your Privacy Rights Subject to applicable law, identity

verification, and lawful exceptions, you may have the right to:

22.1 Right to Be Informed You may request information about:

Why your data is collected. The legal basis for processing. The

categories of data collected. How data is used. Who may receive it. How

long it may be retained. Whether it may be transferred outside the

Kingdom. 22.2 Right of Access You may request access to personal data

held about you, subject to applicable limitations.

22.3 Right to Obtain a Copy You may request a clear and readable copy of

eligible personal data in a format supported by JET ROLE and required by

law.

22.4 Right to Correction You may request correction, completion, or

updating of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated personal data.

22.5 Right to Request Destruction You may request deletion or

destruction of personal data that is no longer needed, subject to legal,

contractual, security, fraud-prevention, and record-retention

requirements.

22.6 Right to Withdraw Consent Where JET ROLE relies on your consent for

a particular processing activity, you may withdraw that consent through

the withdrawal method made available for that activity or by submitting

a request through:

JET ROLE Help Center → Support Ticket → Privacy & Personal Data

Where applicable, marketing consent may also be withdrawn through the

unsubscribe method provided in the marketing communication.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing

carried out before the withdrawal and may affect the availability of a

feature where that processing requires your consent.

22.7 Marketing Preferences

Where you have opted in to Marketing Emails, you may withdraw your

consent or unsubscribe from optional marketing communications at any

time using the unsubscribe method provided in the communication or

applicable communication-preference controls made available by JET ROLE.

Withdrawal of Marketing Email consent does not affect your JET ROLE

account and does not prevent JET ROLE from sending essential

non-marketing communications, including communications relating to

account security, applications, transactions, policy or legal notices,

and necessary service operation.

22.8 Profile Visibility You may manage the profile, Professional

Identity, Public CV, and other visibility controls that are actually

made available to you through the Platform. Candidate Search controls

may be introduced separately and will apply only when made available.

22.9 Account Freeze and Deletion. Eligible Employees may use Account Status & Privacy to freeze, unfreeze, or request deletion of their own account as described in Sections 18 and 24. These controls do not replace statutory privacy rights.

22.10 Complaints You may submit a privacy complaint to JET ROLE and,

where applicable, to the competent data-protection authority.

23. How to Exercise Your Rights Privacy requests may be submitted

through:

JET ROLE Help Center → Support Ticket → Privacy & Personal Data.

A request should include:

Your full name. Registered email address. Account identifier, where

available. A clear description of the request. Information reasonably

required to verify identity.

JET ROLE may request additional verification before providing a copy of

data, correcting sensitive account information, changing registered

contact information, implementing an account deletion or destruction

request, or disclosing security or application records.

JET ROLE may refuse, restrict, or delay a request only where permitted

or required by applicable law, including where necessary to protect

another person’s rights, preserve confidential information or legal

claims, prevent fraud, maintain security, or comply with a legal

obligation.

Where appropriate, JET ROLE will explain the reason for the decision.

24. Employee Account Freeze, Unfreeze, and Deletion

24.1 Eligibility and Control. Account Status & Privacy provides a self-service freeze and deletion request option to the owner of an eligible Employee account. Requests must be initiated by the account owner and are subject to identity verification. Employers and company accounts are not covered by this Employee feature. JET ROLE may maintain separate administrative suspension and legal restriction processes.

24.2 Temporary Freeze. A freeze hides the Employee from candidate discovery and public Professional Identity/CV access, prevents new job applications and Platform contact, and pauses nonessential notifications and marketing while preserving the underlying account data. It does not terminate or extend the subscription. To resume service, the Employee signs in and selects Unfreeze; the prior privacy selections are restored, subject to any independent restrictions. Freezing is reversible and is not a destruction request.

24.3 Requesting Deletion. The account owner must verify identity, enter their current password, and type DELETE to confirm the request. Repeated incorrect password attempts may trigger a temporary security lock. Once accepted, JET ROLE revokes existing sessions and schedules final deletion no earlier than 90 days after the request, subject to the reminder safeguard and any lawful retention or restriction requirements. The Employee receives an email confirming the request and scheduled deletion date.

24.4 Waiting Period and Cancellation. During the waiting period, the account is hidden and restricted. A successful sign-in before final deletion automatically cancels the deletion request and triggers a confirmation email. If the request remains pending, JET ROLE sends one reminder seven days before the planned deletion. Final deletion must not occur until at least seven full days after that reminder has been sent; if a reminder is delayed, the deletion date must be postponed accordingly. Essential account-security, verification, password-recovery, and deletion-related communications may continue during this period; ordinary marketing and feature notifications do not.

24.5 Consequences of Final Deletion. Final deletion permanently ends account access and removes active Employee account, profile, Professional CV, Professional Identity, Public CV, saved-job, follow, authentication, and related records as specified in Section 18, subject to lawful exceptions. Remaining subscription time, unused features, referral benefits, or other account entitlements are lost. Payments are not refunded merely because an Employee elects to delete the account, except where mandatory law or an applicable legally enforceable refund right requires otherwise.

24.6 Information That May Remain. JET ROLE may retain de-identified application records with the label ‘Deleted Account’, necessary accounting and payment records, disabled referral-coupon records, lawful security and audit evidence, minimal deletion proof, and a restricted marketing suppression entry. Employers or third parties may retain information independently and lawfully obtained before deletion. JET ROLE will not use retained records to market to or otherwise contact a former Employee, except where required by law.

24.7 Confirmation and Irreversibility. After completion, JET ROLE may send one final deletion confirmation email and remove its Platform record of that email. Final deletion cannot be undone. A person wishing to use JET ROLE again must create a new account, subject to the Platform’s eligibility and security requirements.

24.8 Other Privacy Requests. Employees may still request access, correction, destruction, withdrawal of consent, or other legally available relief through JET ROLE Help Center → Support Ticket → Privacy & Personal Data. JET ROLE will apply applicable law to such requests independently of the self-service account deletion timetable.

25. Marketing Communications JET ROLE may send optional marketing

communications about:

Job opportunities. Featured Employers. Career services. Subscription

plans. Platform features. Training or courses. Promotional campaigns.

Referral programs. Educational content and onboarding sequences.

Inactivity and re-engagement communications. Other relevant JET ROLE

services. JET ROLE sends marketing communications to you only where the

applicable marketing requirements are satisfied, including obtaining

your consent where required.

Where JET ROLE requests your consent to receive Marketing Emails, that

consent is separate from your acceptance of the JET ROLE Terms and

Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Marketing Email consent is optional and must not be pre-selected on your

behalf.

You may withdraw your Marketing Email consent or unsubscribe from

marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe method

provided in the communication or the applicable communication-preference

controls made available by JET ROLE.

Freezing an Employee account suspends optional marketing and routine Platform notifications. A pending deletion request likewise suspends them. After final deletion, JET ROLE may retain the registered email address only in a restricted suppression list to prevent future marketing, not to send messages.

Once you unsubscribe or withdraw the applicable marketing consent, JET

ROLE will suppress your email address from future marketing

communications covered by that preference unless you subsequently

provide a new valid opt-in.

Withdrawing Marketing Email consent does not close your JET ROLE account

and does not prevent JET ROLE from sending essential transactional,

account, recruitment, security, payment, legal, or service

communications that are not marketing communications.

26. Cookies and Similar Technologies JET ROLE may use cookies and

similar technologies for authentication, login sessions, account and

form security, fraud and abuse prevention, trusted-device

functionality, applicable preferences, referral attribution,

performance, and website or Platform analytics.

Some cookies and similar technologies are strictly necessary for the

secure and proper operation of JET ROLE.

JET ROLE currently uses Google Analytics for website and Platform

measurement and also uses Independent Analytics (IndependentWP) as an

analytics tool. The exact processing, storage, and cookie behavior of

each analytics technology is governed by its configuration and

applicable provider arrangements.

JET ROLE does not currently provide a dedicated Cookie Banner or Cookie

Settings interface for accepting or rejecting optional cookies. JET ROLE

is reviewing and implementing appropriate controls for optional cookies

and similar technologies where consent or user choice is required.

Until those controls are implemented, JET ROLE will review the

configuration and use of optional analytics or tracking technologies for

compliance with applicable privacy requirements.

Further information about cookies, analytics technologies, purposes,

providers, and applicable retention is provided or will be maintained in

the JET ROLE Cookie Policy.

27. External Links and Third-Party Services JET ROLE may include links

to:

Employer websites. Social platforms. Video services. Payment providers.

Training providers. External application systems. Other third-party

services. JET ROLE does not control the privacy practices of independent

third parties.

You should review their privacy policies before submitting personal

data.

Where you leave JET ROLE to apply through an external Employer system,

that Employer’s or provider’s privacy policy may apply.

28. Children and Minimum Age JET ROLE Employee services are intended for

individuals who are legally eligible to seek employment or use the

relevant service.

Where an individual has not reached the applicable legal age:

JET ROLE may require consent or authorization from a parent, guardian,

or legally authorized person. Certain services may be restricted. JET

ROLE may request age verification. The account may be suspended or

deleted where eligibility requirements are not met. JET ROLE does not

knowingly intend to collect personal data from children in a manner

prohibited by applicable law.

A parent or guardian who believes that a child’s information has been

processed improperly may contact JET ROLE.

29. Employee Responsibilities Employees must:

Provide accurate information. Keep account details updated. Protect

credentials. Respect the rights of other persons. Avoid uploading

confidential information belonging to others. Avoid submitting unlawful

or misleading documents. Review public-profile settings. Review

AI-generated content. Notify JET ROLE of suspected unauthorized access.

Employees must not upload:

Another person’s resume without authorization. False qualifications.

Forged documents. Malicious files. Unlawfully obtained personal data.

Content that violates intellectual-property or privacy rights. 30.

Changes to This Policy JET ROLE may update this Employee Privacy Policy

to reflect:

New Employee features. New AI services. Changes to profile visibility.

Changes to service providers. Security improvements. Legal or regulatory

changes. Operational changes. The updated Policy will show a revised

“Last Updated” date.

Where a change is material, JET ROLE may provide notice through:

Email. The Employee dashboard. The Platform. A registration or login

notice. Another reasonable communication method. Where legally required,

JET ROLE may request renewed consent.

31. Governing Requirements This Policy is intended to operate in

accordance with the privacy and data-protection requirements

applicable to JET ROLE, including the laws and regulations of the

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where applicable.

Nothing in this Policy limits any right that cannot lawfully be limited.

Where mandatory law provides greater protection than this Policy, the

mandatory legal requirement shall apply.
SUPPLEMENTAL INTEGRATED TERMS — 21 OCTOBER 2026

EMAIL VERIFICATION AND PASSWORD RECOVERY
New Employee, Employer/Company, Consultant and Partner accounts verify their registered email address using a six-digit one-time password (OTP) delivered by email, rather than an email activation link. The verification code expires after 10 minutes, is usable only once and permits no more than five incorrect attempts. Resending is subject to a minimum 60-second interval, a maximum of five issued codes per account per hour, and a maximum of 20 issued codes per source IP address per hour. Codes are stored only as non-reversible secure hashes, not in plaintext or reversibly encrypted form. JET ROLE records the source IP address associated with code issuance for security, abuse prevention and investigation, subject to the retention and access safeguards described below.
Password recovery uses an emailed one-time verification code instead of a password-reset link. A recovery code is subject to the security controls configured for the password-recovery flow; no separate recovery-code validity period or resend limit is promised here unless expressly confirmed by the Platform.
For Company, Consultant and Partner accounts, sign-in additionally requires an emailed one-time verification code. Login verification codes are single-use and subject to a maximum of five incorrect attempts. Any additional expiry, issuance or resend rules apply as implemented and communicated by the Platform; they should not be assumed identical to registration rules unless confirmed.
Transactional verification and recovery emails are sent in the language saved in the recipient’s account when a suitable translation exists; otherwise the configured default template language is used. This does not guarantee that every language is available.

SECURITY LOGS, DATA RETENTION AND BACKUPS
JET ROLE processes OTP issuance and verification metadata, related IP addresses, authentication attempts and security/audit records for account protection, fraud detection, investigation and legal compliance, subject to applicable Saudi personal-data law and appropriate access restrictions. The security-log retention period has not yet been fixed; JET ROLE must establish and publish an appropriate period before describing any definite duration. No indefinite retention is implied.
Outbound email delivery/history logs are retained for 30 days under the current operational retention configuration, subject to applicable legal preservation obligations. Company activity logs are retained for 365 days and then automatically deleted under the current configuration, except records that must lawfully be preserved. These operational durations do not necessarily govern separate payment, accounting, security, or dispute records.
Account deletion removes eligible personal data from active production systems in accordance with the applicable role policy. Limited restoration or off-site backups may temporarily contain earlier copies, including data already deleted from active systems and sensitive Partner bank information such as IBAN. Such backups are restricted to authorized restoration/security purposes, must not be used to reactivate deleted accounts for normal operations, and require appropriate access controls and deletion or expiry under a defined backup schedule. A 30-day backup retention period is proposed but has not yet been confirmed or implemented as a verified rule; no specific backup deletion deadline is represented here. Any restored backup must be reconciled against completed deletion requests before ordinary processing resumes, to the extent technically and legally required.
Where required, a minimal email address may be retained in a global marketing-suppression list solely to prevent further promotional messages; it must not be repurposed for marketing or ordinary contact. Statutory accounting, transaction, subscription, coupon, fraud/security and dispute records may remain for their applicable lawful retention periods, with access restricted and identifiers removed where feasible.

SELF-SERVICE ACCOUNT FREEZE AND DELETION — IMPLEMENTATION CLARIFICATIONS
For eligible active Employees, Consultants and Partners, voluntary freeze hides the account from discovery and public pages and prevents new Platform contact; it does not itself erase account information. Unfreeze restores applicable prior visibility preferences, subject to continuing eligibility. Voluntary deletion requires password confirmation, revokes active sessions, and is scheduled no earlier than 90 days after the request. A reminder is sent seven days before the scheduled deletion, with at least seven days between actual delivery of the reminder and final deletion. A successful authenticated login during the waiting period cancels the request and restores the account’s prior eligible state. Deletion may be deferred where necessary to meet unresolved lawful obligations.
Upon final deletion, active account data such as profiles, public pages, associated photographs where applicable, saved jobs, follows, notifications, OTP records, trusted-device records, profile statistics and unnecessary communication history is deleted, subject to lawful exceptions. Historical Employee applications may remain in an Employer’s recruitment records under the label “Deleted Account”, disconnected from the live Employee identity. Support tickets, campaign/event logs and AI-usage records may be retained in de-identified form. Financial records and proportionate security records may be retained where lawfully required. No refund arises solely from voluntary freeze or deletion of unused paid service time, except where mandatory law or applicable refund rights require otherwise.

The Employer is responsible for ensuring that its processing of
Candidate and team-member personal data is lawful, fair, secure,
relevant, and limited to legitimate recruitment or employment-related
purposes.

JET ROLE does not become the Employer of any Candidate and does not
control every independent activity performed by an Employer outside the

current status, ownership, authority, or accuracy of a Commercial
Registration merely because a CR number has been submitted through the
Platform.

Candidates and other users should independently verify company and
Commercial Registration information through appropriate official sources

verified current employee on the Company’s public profile.

The employment verification feature does not:

Modify the Employee’s resume. Modify employment history. Modify

This may include:

Identity information.

Health or disability information.

Biometric or genetic information.

Any required consent or authorization has been obtained.

Resolve disputes.

9. Legal Basis for Processing

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, JET ROLE may process
information based on:

Consent.

Performance of an agreement.

Steps requested before entering an agreement.

Compliance with legal or regulatory obligations.

JET ROLE’s legitimate interests.

The Employer’s legitimate recruitment interests, where lawful.

Protection of users or other persons.

Establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Another lawful basis recognized by applicable law.

Where processing is based on consent, the relevant person may withdraw
consent subject to legal, contractual, security, and operational
limitations.

Withdrawal does not affect processing that lawfully occurred before
withdrawal.

10. Employer Responsibilities for Candidate Data

The Employer must process Candidate information only for legitimate
purposes such as:

Reviewing a job application.

Assessing suitability for an actual vacancy.

Communicating about recruitment.

Scheduling interviews.

Preparing a lawful employment offer.

Maintaining necessary recruitment records.

Considering a Candidate for a relevant future opportunity where legally
permitted.

The Employer must not:

Sell Candidate data.

Rent or commercially trade resumes.

Use Candidate data for unrelated advertising or marketing.

Add Candidates to unrelated marketing lists.

Contact Candidates for unrelated commercial services.

Share information with unauthorized persons.

Publish private Candidate information.

Build unauthorized external databases.

Scrape or bulk-download Candidate information.

Circumvent subscription or access restrictions.

Use Candidate information for unlawful discrimination.

Retain information longer than reasonably or legally necessary.

Use personal contact details to avoid Platform restrictions where
prohibited.

Contact a Candidate outside the Platform in violation of applicable JET
ROLE terms.

The Employer remains responsible for Candidate information exported,
downloaded, copied, printed, or transferred to its own systems.

11. Candidate Contact Restrictions

Where JET ROLE Terms impose a period during which Candidate contact or
engagement must remain within the Platform, the Employer must comply
with that requirement.

The Employer must not use:

Downloaded contact information.

External social accounts.

Messaging applications.

Personal phone numbers.

Personal email addresses.

Third-party databases.

to circumvent JET ROLE’s recruitment workflow, subscription
requirements, Candidate protections, or applicable contractual
restrictions.

Any permitted external communication must remain:

Recruitment-related.

Professional.

Lawful.

Proportionate.

Consistent with Candidate expectations.

Subject to appropriate privacy safeguards.

12. Candidate Visibility and Access

Candidate information available to an Employer may depend on:

Candidate eligibility and applicable visibility rules.

Whether the Candidate applied to the Employer.

The Employer’s subscription plan.

Company verification status.

User permissions.

Resume-access limits.

Security and fraud-risk controls.

Applicable law.

JET ROLE may restrict or remove access where:

A Candidate account is deleted or otherwise becomes ineligible for
discovery.

A subscription expires.

Verification expires.

Misuse is suspected.

Download limits are exceeded.

Security risks arise.

The Employer breaches Platform rules.

A Candidate’s later change to visibility settings does not necessarily
remove information previously and lawfully received through an
application or download.

13. Resume Access and Downloads

Where resume downloading is available:

Access may be recorded.

The download may count against a subscription limit.

The Employer must secure the downloaded file.

Access must be limited to authorized recruitment personnel.

Copies must not be shared with unrelated parties.

The file must be deleted or anonymized when no longer lawfully needed.

JET ROLE may suspend resume access where unusual, excessive, automated,
or suspicious activity is detected.

14. Company Team Members and Permissions

Company account owners may assign role-based permissions to team
members.

Possible permissions may include:

Managing the company profile.

Posting or editing jobs.

Viewing applications.

Searching Candidates.

Downloading resumes.

Changing Candidate statuses.

Communicating with Candidates.

Viewing reports.

Managing subscriptions.

Adding or removing team members.

The Employer is responsible for:

Adding only authorized persons.

Assigning the minimum necessary permissions.

Reviewing permissions regularly.

Removing access when a person changes role or leaves.

Protecting credentials.

Investigating unauthorized activity.

Informing JET ROLE of compromised accounts.

JET ROLE may rely on instructions provided by an authorized company
administrator unless there is reason to suspect misuse.

15. Audit Logs

JET ROLE maintains company-scoped audit records for accountability,
security, support, dispute resolution, and compliance purposes.

Audit records may include:

Company identifier. User identifier. Action. Module. Target type and
target identifier. Description. IP address. User Agent. Date and time.

Audit records are designed as insert-only activity records within the
applicable audit store.

JET ROLE currently retains Employer audit records internally for up to
365 days under the Platform’s current configuration. Dashboard
visibility depends on the Employer plan:

Free: No dashboard Audit Log history. Basic: Up to 30 days of visible
Audit Log history. Pro: Up to 365 days of visible Audit Log history.

Where CSV export is available, the same applicable visibility and
filtering rules apply.

Dashboard visibility does not necessarily equal the total retention
period for separate security, financial, legal, compliance, or incident
records.

Employers must not alter, conceal, misuse, or attempt to circumvent
audit and accountability controls.

16. Company Registration Information and Verification Limitations

JET ROLE may use company registration information and trust controls to
reduce fake or misleading Employer accounts and support Platform
security.

The current Employer registration process requires a Commercial
Registration number. JET ROLE does not currently require a Commercial
Registration document or image upload as part of that process and does
not independently guarantee the validity or authenticity of a CR number
submitted by an Employer.

Any badge, status, registration indicator, account approval, or other
Platform status must not be interpreted as:

Government endorsement. A guarantee that the Commercial Registration is
valid or current. A guarantee of the Employer’s financial stability. A
guarantee of job quality or employment conditions. A guarantee of legal
compliance in every matter. A guarantee of the accuracy of every job
post. A guarantee of future conduct.

JET ROLE may request corrections, restrict an account, suspend access,
or investigate suspected fraud, impersonation, misleading information,
or abuse.

Employers remain responsible for maintaining accurate company and
registration information.

17. Public Company Profiles

The public Company Profile is private/off by default and is not made
public merely because an Employer account is created.

Where an Employer enables a public company profile:

Selected company information may be accessible without login.

Jobs may appear publicly.

Search engines may index the page.

Candidates and other persons may share the link.

Public information may remain temporarily in search-engine caches after
removal.

Public company pages may appear in country or city indexes.

The Employer must not publish:

Private personal data without authorization.

Confidential internal information.

Misleading company information.

Third-party copyrighted material without permission.

Contact information intended to circumvent Platform rules.

Unlawful or discriminatory content.

18. Applicant Pipeline and Internal Notes

Employers may use the Applicant Pipeline to manage Candidates through
recruitment stages and status changes configured in the Platform.

The Platform includes a Reviewing stage that is relevant to the Video
Introduction access workflow. Moving an application to Reviewing does
not itself disclose the Candidate’s Video Introduction. Where the
feature is available, the Employer must separately request access and
the Candidate may approve or decline that request.

Employer users may add internal recruitment notes where permitted by the
applicable plan and feature permissions.

Internal notes must be relevant to recruitment, factual where possible,
limited to necessary information, free from unlawful discriminatory or
offensive content, accessible only to authorized personnel, and retained
only as necessary.

JET ROLE may investigate internal content where required to address a
complaint, security issue, misuse, or legal obligation.

18.1 Video Introduction Requests

An Employer may request access to a Candidate’s Video Introduction only
where the Candidate has submitted an application to that Employer and
the relevant application has progressed to the Reviewing stage.

Reaching the Reviewing stage does not automatically disclose the Video
Introduction. The Employer must submit an access request through JET
ROLE, and the Candidate may approve or decline it.

Access becomes available only after Candidate approval. Once approved,
access currently remains available without a predefined automatic
expiration period unless the applicable grant is invalidated or removed.
A change to the Candidate’s Video Introduction URL may invalidate the
previous grant.

Employers must use Video Introduction access only for legitimate
recruitment purposes and must not attempt to circumvent the Candidate
approval process.

19. Artificial Intelligence and Candidate Ranking

JET ROLE may provide AI-assisted recruitment tools, including Candidate
matching, Candidate ranking, search assistance, job-description
improvement, screening-question generation, recruitment recommendations,
and related insights.

For applicable Employer AI features, the Employer initiates the
AI-assisted action. JET ROLE may prepare and transmit selected
information relevant to the requested evaluation rather than
automatically transmitting the Candidate’s entire profile.

Depending on the feature, selected information may include relevant job
information, professional experience, skills, qualifications, education,
or other fields required for the requested recruitment analysis.

JET ROLE uses OpenAI as an external Artificial Intelligence service
provider for applicable AI-powered features.

JET ROLE does not intend to permanently store the AI Evaluation result
for the Employer AI Evaluation workflow where permanent storage is not
required for that feature. Limited usage records, counters, security
records, or temporary technical processing may still be maintained where
required to operate and protect the service.

Employers should not intentionally include unnecessary Personal Data or
Sensitive Personal Data in free-text AI prompts or instructions.

AI outputs are advisory and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated,
inconsistent, or affected by technical limitations or bias.

Employers must not rely solely on AI to reject or select a Candidate,
determine compensation, or make another employment decision with
significant effects. Employers remain responsible for meaningful human
review, lawful decision-making, and compliance with applicable
employment, privacy, and anti-discrimination requirements.

Further details are provided in the JET ROLE Artificial Intelligence
Policy.

20. Reports and Analytics

JET ROLE may provide Employers with reports concerning:

Job performance.

Application volumes.

Recruitment pipeline.

Candidate sources.

Candidate locations.

Team activity.

Response times.

Profile views.

Followers.

Search usage.

Subscription consumption.

AI usage.

Other recruitment indicators.

Reports may be approximate and may not include every event.

provide the Partner with limited information necessary to administer the
Partner Program, such as:

Confirmation that an eligible referral registered.

Subscription category.

Transaction or renewal eligibility.

Commission status.

Discount use.

General settlement information.

JET ROLE should not provide Partners with:

Candidate resumes.

Private applicant information.

Company verification documents.

Payment-card information.

Confidential recruitment activity.

Private team-member credentials.

23. Third-Party Service Providers

JET ROLE may appoint providers to process information on its behalf.

JET ROLE seeks to require providers to:

Process information only for authorized purposes.

Maintain confidentiality.

Apply appropriate security controls.

Restrict access.

Support data deletion or return where required.

Report relevant security incidents.

Comply with applicable contractual and legal obligations.

Some providers may independently determine limited processing activities
under their own policies.

Current service categories may include OpenAI for applicable AI-powered
features, PayPal for applicable payment processing, Google Analytics for
website and Platform analytics, and other infrastructure or service
providers used to operate JET ROLE. Provider arrangements may change as
the Platform evolves.

24. International Data Transfers

JET ROLE or its service providers may process or store information
outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Transfers may occur through:

Cloud hosting.

Email services.

AI providers.

Analytics services.

Security systems.

Customer-support platforms.

Payment or verification providers.

Backup infrastructure.

JET ROLE will seek to apply the assessments, safeguards, contractual
protections, approvals, and transfer mechanisms required by applicable
law.

The availability of JET ROLE in Saudi Arabia does not necessarily mean
that every service provider or backup system is physically located
inside the Kingdom.

25. Data Retention

JET ROLE retains Employer and recruitment data only for as long as
reasonably necessary for its intended purpose and applicable legal,
regulatory, security, operational, and record-retention requirements.
JET ROLE is maintaining and developing its category-based retention
schedule; where a fixed period has not yet been formally adopted,
retention is reviewed according to purpose, necessity, legal
obligations, security needs, and applicable backup cycles.

Retention depends on:

Account status.

Subscription plan.

Company verification.

Recruitment activity.

Candidate applications.

Audit-log requirements.

Financial and tax obligations.

Security and fraud-prevention needs.

Disputes.

Legal claims.

Backup cycles.

Applicable law.

25.1 Active Employer Accounts

JET ROLE may retain:

Company profile data.

Team-member information.

Job postings.

Candidate-search activity.

Applications.

Recruitment pipeline records.

Subscription information.

Audit logs.

while the account remains active.

25.2 Audit-Log Retention and Visibility

Under the current Platform configuration, Employer Audit Log records are
retained internally for up to 365 days.

Dashboard visibility depends on the Employer plan:

Free: No dashboard Audit Log history. Basic: Up to 30 days. Pro: Up to
365 days.

Separate security, financial, legal, compliance, incident, or other
records may be subject to different retention requirements.

25.3 Closed or Deleted Accounts

After account closure:

Public company access may be disabled.

Active job postings may be removed or closed.

Team access may be revoked.

Candidate-search access will end.

Some information may remain temporarily in backups.

Limited legal, security, financial, verification, and audit records may
be retained.

Candidates may retain communications or application history.

Public search-engine caches may remain temporarily available.

25.4 Candidate Data Held by Employers

An Employer must independently determine and apply an appropriate
retention period for Candidate information copied or exported to its own
systems.

JET ROLE cannot automatically delete copies held independently by the
Employer.

25.4A Employee Account Deletion and Historical Recruitment Records

When an Employee requests or completes deletion of their JET ROLE account, the Employee’s account, public profile, and eligibility for new Candidate discovery are handled under the Employee Privacy Policy and the applicable account-deletion workflow. An Employee account pending deletion may be hidden from Candidate search and public visibility before final deletion.

Following final deletion, historical job applications already submitted to an Employer may remain in the Employer’s recruitment records only to the extent necessary and lawful for legitimate recruitment recordkeeping, compliance, dispute resolution, or the protection of rights. Where such records are retained within JET ROLE, the former Employee’s direct account link is removed and their displayed identity may be replaced with “Deleted Account.” Identifying details and attachments should be removed or minimized unless a separate lawful retention basis requires them. A historical application record must not be treated as authorization to restore access to the deleted Employee’s profile, resume, or contact details.

Saved-Candidate entries and Candidate-search links that depend on the deleted Employee account should cease providing access to that account. Any historical reports or aggregate recruitment statistics may be preserved in anonymized or otherwise lawful form. Information independently and lawfully received by an Employer before deletion, including downloaded resumes, exported records, correspondence, and records in external recruitment systems, is not automatically erased by JET ROLE’s account-deletion process. The Employer remains independently responsible for assessing the lawful basis, necessity, security, retention period, and any applicable erasure request for those copies.

An Employee’s request to exercise statutory privacy rights is distinct from the Platform’s voluntary self-service account-deletion schedule. Nothing in this section delays or restricts a right to destruction or other protection required under applicable Saudi law. JET ROLE and Employers must handle applicable requests in accordance with their respective legal responsibilities.

25.5 Anonymized Information

JET ROLE may retain aggregated or anonymized information that no longer
reasonably identifies a person.

When information is no longer needed, it may be deleted, anonymized, or
securely archived as permitted by law.

26. Information Accuracy

Employers must maintain accurate and current information, including:

Legal company name.

Commercial Registration.

Company contacts.

Authorized representatives.

Team-member access.

Verification documents.

Job vacancies.

Subscription and billing details.

JET ROLE may request correction or verification where information
appears:

False.

Misleading.

Outdated.

Incomplete.

Inconsistent.

Fraudulent.

Unlawful.

JET ROLE may suspend publication, verification, Candidate access, or the
account while material information is reviewed.

27. Data Security

JET ROLE applies administrative, technical, and organizational
safeguards designed to protect Employer and Candidate information.

Measures may include:

Role-based access.

Account authentication.

OTP verification.

Trusted-device controls.

Session expiration.

Automatic logout.

Secure transmission.

Encryption where appropriate.

Audit logging.

Monitoring.

Backup procedures.

Fraud detection.

Access reviews.

Vendor-security requirements.

Incident-response processes.

No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Employers must:

Protect login credentials.

Keep OTP codes confidential.

Remove former employees promptly.

Assign minimum necessary permissions.

Secure downloaded resumes.

Protect exported Candidate records.

Report suspicious activity promptly.

Maintain secure company devices and systems.

Further information is provided in the JET ROLE Security Policy.

28. Personal Data Breaches

If an Employer becomes aware that Candidate data obtained through JET
ROLE has been lost, disclosed, accessed, altered, or used without
authorization, the Employer must:

Contain the incident.

Preserve relevant evidence.

Restrict further access.

Notify appropriate internal personnel.

Notify JET ROLE promptly where the Platform or its users may be
affected.

Comply with applicable notification obligations.

Cooperate with any lawful investigation.

Take corrective measures.

Where JET ROLE becomes aware of a relevant breach, it may:

Investigate.

Suspend sessions or accounts.

Reset credentials.

Notify affected persons where required.

Notify competent authorities where required.

Preserve evidence.

Introduce additional safeguards.

29. Rights of Company Representatives and Team Members

Subject to applicable law and lawful exceptions, an identifiable company
representative or team member may have the right to:

Be informed about processing.

Access personal data.

Obtain a readable copy of eligible data.

Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.

Request destruction of data no longer required.

Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Manage marketing preferences.

Submit a complaint.

These rights relate to personal data about the individual and do not
automatically provide access to:

Confidential Candidate information.

Other team members’ private data.

JET ROLE security methods.

Private internal investigations.

Legally privileged information.

Information restricted by another person’s rights.

30. Candidate Privacy Requests

A Candidate may submit a request concerning personal data processed by
JET ROLE.

Where the request concerns information held independently by an
Employer, JET ROLE may:

Direct the Candidate to the Employer.

Forward the request where appropriate.

Restrict or remove Platform access.

Cooperate with the Employer.

Preserve records required by law or security needs.

Employers must establish a reasonable process for handling privacy
requests relating to Candidate information stored in their own systems.

31. How to Exercise Privacy Rights

Privacy requests relating to personal data processed by JET ROLE may be
submitted through:

JET ROLE Help Center → Support Ticket → Privacy & Personal Data.

A request should include:

Full name. Registered work email address. Company name. Account
identifier, where available. A clear description of the request.
Information reasonably required to verify identity and company
authority.

JET ROLE may request additional verification before disclosing account
information, changing ownership or administration, providing eligible
records, correcting sensitive registration information, implementing an
account deletion or destruction request, or transferring company
administration.

JET ROLE may restrict, refuse, or delay a request only where permitted
or required by applicable law, including where necessary to protect
Candidates or other persons, preserve legal claims, prevent fraud,
maintain security, comply with legal obligations, or protect
confidential information.

Where appropriate, JET ROLE will explain the reason for the decision.

32. Account Ownership and Administrator Changes

Where an Employer requests a change to:

Account owner.

Primary administrator.

Registered company email.

Authorized representative.

Company control.

JET ROLE may require:

Identity verification.

Commercial Registration verification.

Corporate email verification.

Written authorization.

Confirmation from an existing administrator.

Additional security review.

JET ROLE may delay or refuse the change where ownership, authority,
fraud, or security concerns remain unresolved.

33. Account Closure and Deletion

JET ROLE does not currently provide a self-service Employer
account-deletion control. An authorized Employer representative may
submit an account closure or personal-data destruction request through:

JET ROLE Help Center → Support Ticket → Privacy & Personal Data.

Before closure, JET ROLE may require:

Identity and authority verification.

Settlement of outstanding payments.

Resolution of active disputes.

Completion of Partner commission attribution.

Review of security incidents.

Handling of active subscriptions.

Closure or transfer of active jobs.

Appropriate treatment of Candidate applications.

Account closure may result in:

Loss of dashboard access.

Closure of jobs.

Removal from public company listings.

Deactivation of team accounts.

Loss of Candidate-search access.

Loss of unused plan benefits.

Removal of accessible reports and analytics.

Closure does not necessarily result in immediate destruction of all
records.

34. Marketing Communications

JET ROLE may send optional marketing communications about recruitment
services, subscription plans, product features, Candidate-search tools,
AI services, promotions, events, training, Partner offers, educational
content, onboarding sequences, inactivity or re-engagement
communications, and other relevant JET ROLE services.

JET ROLE sends marketing communications only where the applicable
marketing requirements are satisfied, including obtaining consent where
required.

Where JET ROLE requests consent to receive Marketing Emails, that
consent is separate from acceptance of the JET ROLE Terms and Conditions
and Privacy Policy, is optional, and must not be pre-selected on the
Employer representative’s behalf.

The recipient may withdraw Marketing Email consent or unsubscribe using
the method provided in the communication or applicable
communication-preference controls made available by JET ROLE.

Withdrawal or unsubscribe does not prevent essential non-marketing
communications concerning account security, applications, recruitment
operations, payments, verification or registration administration,
policy or legal notices, and necessary service operation.

35. Cookies and Similar Technologies

JET ROLE may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication,
secure Employer sessions, dashboard and form security, trusted-device
functionality, applicable preferences, payment-session support, Partner
referral attribution, fraud and abuse prevention, performance, and
website or Platform analytics.

Some cookies and similar technologies are strictly necessary for the
secure and proper operation of JET ROLE.

JET ROLE currently uses Google Analytics for website and Platform
measurement and also uses Independent Analytics (IndependentWP) as an
analytics tool. The exact processing, storage, and cookie behavior of
each analytics technology depends on its configuration and applicable
provider arrangements.

Further information is provided or will be maintained in the JET ROLE
Cookie Policy.

36. External Systems and Integrations

JET ROLE may allow or introduce integrations with:

Applicant Tracking Systems.

Human Resources systems.

Email services.

Calendar services.

Payment providers.

Video-interview tools.

Analytics platforms.

Other recruitment systems.

Where an Employer exports or transfers information to an external
system:

The Employer is responsible for securing the destination.

The Employer must establish a lawful basis.

Access must be restricted.

The data must remain relevant.

The Employer must comply with applicable retention and deletion duties.

JET ROLE does not control independent processing performed inside the
Employer’s external systems.

37. Children and Young Candidates

Employers must not use JET ROLE to unlawfully recruit, profile, or
process information about children or persons below the applicable

EMPLOYER ACCOUNT LIMITATION AND ADMINISTRATIVE DELETION
Employer/Company accounts do not currently have a self-service account deletion or freeze workflow under these terms. An Employer may request account closure through the official support channel, subject to verification, contractual obligations and applicable law. Administrative deletion or closure hides the Company from public directories, but does not currently represent a promise that all underlying Company data is erased. Company activity records follow the 365-day operational retention rule where applicable, while other Company, financial and legal records may be retained on a lawful basis.
When administrators delete an eligible Employee, Consultant or Partner account, its public and discovery presence is hidden promptly, and relevant referral links and coupons are disabled; retained data and erasure obligations remain subject to the applicable role privacy policy. Historical accounts previously deleted have been subject to the same cleanup rules, but restoration backups and legally retained records may still contain limited information as described above.

JET ROLE seeks to require providers to:

Process information only for authorized purposes.

Maintain confidentiality.

Limit access.

Apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.

Report relevant security incidents.

Support deletion or return of data where required.

Comply with applicable contractual and legal requirements.

Some providers, particularly banks, payment providers, tax platforms, or
identity-verification services, may independently determine limited
processing purposes under their own legal obligations and privacy
policies.

Current service categories may include banking services used for
approved manual Partner settlements, PayPal where applicable to Platform
subscription transactions relevant to referral attribution, Google
Analytics for website and Platform analytics, Independent Analytics
(IndependentWP) as an analytics tool, and other infrastructure, email,
security, hosting, accounting, or support providers used to operate JET
ROLE. Provider arrangements may change as the Platform evolves.

22. International Data Transfers

JET ROLE or its providers may process or store Partner personal data
outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This may occur through:

Cloud hosting.

Email services.

Analytics.

Authentication.

Security services.

International banking.

Payment systems.

Support platforms.

Backup infrastructure.

Where personal data is transferred outside the Kingdom, JET ROLE will
seek to apply the assessments, safeguards, contractual measures,
approvals, and other requirements applicable to the transfer.

The operation of JET ROLE in Saudi Arabia does not necessarily mean that
every service provider or backup is physically located within the
Kingdom.

23. Data Retention

JET ROLE retains Partner information only for as long as reasonably
necessary for the relevant purpose and applicable legal, regulatory,
tax, accounting, security, operational, and record-retention
requirements. JET ROLE is maintaining and developing its category-based
retention schedule; where a fixed retention period has not yet been
formally adopted, retention is reviewed according to purpose, necessity,
legal obligations, financial reconciliation, security needs, and
applicable backup cycles.

Retention periods may depend on:

Whether the application is approved.

Whether the account is active.

The agreed Partner term.

Referral and renewal periods.

Commission eligibility.

Pending financial settlement.

Tax and accounting obligations.

Security or fraud investigations.

Disputes.

Applicable limitation periods.

Backup cycles.

Legal requirements.

23.1 Unsuccessful Applications

JET ROLE may retain limited information about rejected or withdrawn
applications to:

Maintain application records.

Prevent duplicate or fraudulent applications.

Respond to disputes.

Comply with legal obligations.

23.2 Active Partner Accounts

JET ROLE may retain:

Account information.

Referral history.

Commission records.

Discount records.

Settlement information.

Communications.

Security and audit logs.

while the Partner relationship remains active.

23.3 Frozen, Pending-Deletion, Closed or Cancelled Accounts

A voluntary account freeze does not delete Partner data. JET ROLE retains the account and relevant referral, commission, settlement, and contractual records while the account is frozen, subject to this Policy and applicable law. The freeze and deletion procedures are explained in Section 30.

While deletion is pending, the Partner account is restricted and no longer eligible for new referrals or offers. Final deletion is subject to settlement of payable commissions, resolution of other legitimate outstanding obligations, and the safeguards described in Section 30.

After final deletion, JET ROLE removes the Partner account, access credentials, contact and profile details, active referral links, active coupons and offers, and personal account communications and technical records, except for records that must lawfully be retained or properly de-identified.

JET ROLE may preserve a disabled, de-identified accounting and reconciliation record containing a historical referral code, referral and attribution ledgers, commission calculations, payout history, and evidence of accepted contractual terms. Such records must not be used to contact the former Partner or generate new commissions. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, organization details, websites, location, bank account or IBAN, payout instructions, free-text notes, IP addresses, and browser or device identifiers should be removed from the de-identified record. Where financial, tax, legal, or other mandatory obligations require identifiable records, they may be retained separately, access-restricted, for the applicable lawful period and purpose.

Records held independently by banks, payment providers, referred companies, or other third parties remain subject to those parties’ legal responsibilities. Backup copies may persist temporarily until the applicable backup cycle expires, subject to restricted restoration and lawful retention requirements.

23.4 Anonymized Information

JET ROLE may retain aggregated or anonymized information that no longer
reasonably identifies the Partner or another person.

When information is no longer required, it may be deleted, anonymized,
or securely archived where permitted by law.

24. Information Accuracy

Partners are responsible for maintaining accurate and current
information, including:

Name.

Email.

Phone number.

Company details.

Authority to represent an organization.

Bank information.

Tax information.

Marketing channels.

Referral representations.

JET ROLE may request correction or verification where information
appears:

Incorrect.

Outdated.

Incomplete.

Misleading.

Fraudulent.

Inconsistent.

Unlawful.

JET ROLE may delay approval, suspend commissions, or restrict the
account while material information is reviewed.

25. Data Security

JET ROLE applies administrative, technical, and organizational
safeguards designed to protect Partner information.

Measures may include:

Password protection.

OTP authentication.

Role-based access.

Session expiration.

Secure transmission.

Encryption where appropriate.

Restricted access to bank details.

Audit logging.

Fraud monitoring.

Backup procedures.

Access reviews.

Vendor-security controls.

Incident-response procedures.

No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Partners must:

Protect credentials.

Keep OTP codes confidential.

Avoid sharing accounts.

Secure their devices.

Review bank changes carefully.

Report unauthorized access promptly.

Avoid sending sensitive financial information through insecure channels.

Further information is provided in the JET ROLE Security Policy.

26. Personal Data Breaches

Where JET ROLE becomes aware of a relevant personal-data breach, it may:

Investigate the incident.

Contain the breach.

Restrict affected accounts.

Reset credentials.

Preserve evidence.

Notify providers.

Notify affected individuals where required.

Notify competent authorities where required.

Apply corrective safeguards.

Partners must promptly notify JET ROLE if Partner-related information,
referred-company information, login credentials, or payout information
is lost, exposed, or accessed without authorization.

27. Partner Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law, identity verification, and lawful exceptions,
a Partner who is an identifiable individual may have the right to:

Be informed about processing.

Access personal data.

Obtain a readable copy of eligible data.

Correct incomplete or inaccurate data.

Request destruction of data no longer required.

Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Manage optional marketing preferences.

Submit a complaint.

Eligible active Partners may also use the account freeze and self-service deletion controls described in Section 30. These rights do not automatically provide access to:

Another Partner’s data.

Referred-company confidential information.

Candidate or Employee data.

JET ROLE fraud-detection methods.

Privileged legal information.

Confidential internal investigations.

Information restricted to protect another person’s rights.

28. How to Exercise Privacy Rights

Privacy requests relating to personal data processed by JET ROLE may be
submitted through:

JET ROLE Help Center → Support Ticket → Privacy & Personal Data.

A request should include:

Full name. Registered email. Partner identifier, where available.
Business name, where applicable. A clear description of the request.
Information reasonably required to verify identity or authority.

JET ROLE may request additional verification before disclosing Partner data, changing account ownership or registered contact information, changing sensitive bank information, providing eligible financial records, or implementing an account deletion or destruction request. Self-service account deletion is described in Section 30; this privacy request channel remains available for other lawful requests and for accounts not eligible for self-service.

JET ROLE may refuse, restrict, or delay a request only where permitted
or required by applicable law, including where necessary to protect
another person, prevent fraud, maintain security, preserve legal claims,
fulfil tax or accounting obligations, or protect confidential commercial
information.

Where appropriate, JET ROLE will explain the reason for the decision.

29. Account Ownership and Representative Changes

Where the Partner is an organization, changes to the:

Account owner.

Authorized representative.

Registered business email.

Bank beneficiary.

Legal business name.

Company control.

may require:

Identity verification.

Commercial Registration verification.

Written authorization.

Confirmation from an existing administrator.

Bank-account proof.

Additional security review.

JET ROLE may delay or refuse the change where authority, ownership, or
fraud concerns remain unresolved.

30. Account Freeze, Unfreeze, Closure and Deletion

30.1 Eligibility and Identity Verification

JET ROLE provides self-service Account Status & Privacy controls for eligible active Partner accounts, subject to verification of the account holder’s identity and, for an organizational Partner, authority to act for that Partner. Accounts suspended or restricted by JET ROLE administration are not eligible for self-service freeze or deletion; an authorized representative may submit a privacy or closure request through JET ROLE Help Center → Support Ticket → Privacy & Personal Data. JET ROLE may review outstanding disputes, financial settlements, fraud investigations, legal obligations, and competing rights before acting.

30.2 Voluntary Account Freeze

An eligible Partner may voluntarily freeze the account without deleting its data. While frozen, the Partner’s referral link and codes are disabled for new registrations, new referrals and new discounts or promotional offers cannot be created or used, and ordinary marketing and nonessential Platform notifications are suspended. Existing eligible commissions may continue to accrue on qualifying activity attributable to referrals established before the freeze, and company payments or subscriptions already initiated before the freeze may complete in accordance with the applicable Partner agreement. JET ROLE retains necessary referral, accounting, settlement, and security records and may send essential communications about account security, freeze status, commissions, settlements, legal obligations, or other necessary administration.

A voluntary freeze does not pause or extend an agreed Partner participation term, alter commission eligibility under the applicable Partner agreement, or create a refund entitlement. Mandatory law and any express written contractual rights prevail.

30.3 Unfreeze

An eligible Partner may request to unfreeze through the available verified account controls. Once unfreezing is completed, the Partner’s prior privacy and communication preferences are restored, subject to current approval, participation term, eligibility, administrative restrictions, and applicable law. Expired terms, revoked offers, or otherwise ineligible referral codes do not automatically reactivate. An account-status confirmation may be sent.

30.4 Self-Service Deletion Request

An eligible active Partner may request account deletion through Account Status & Privacy after entering the current account password and the confirmation word DELETE. Repeated incorrect password attempts may trigger a temporary security lock. JET ROLE may apply additional identity or representative-authority checks where appropriate. Submission initiates a pending-deletion period; it does not immediately erase the account or settle outstanding obligations.

After the request, JET ROLE restricts account functions, revokes active sessions as appropriate, disables new referral attribution, new registrations through Partner links, and new coupons or offers, and suspends marketing and ordinary Platform notifications. Only communications necessary for account status, identity verification or OTP, password recovery, and the deletion process will ordinarily be sent during the pending-deletion period. Any legally mandatory or settlement-related notice will be handled under applicable law.

30.5 Waiting Period, Reminder and Cancellation

Final deletion is scheduled no earlier than 90 days after the accepted deletion request, subject to the safeguards below. JET ROLE sends a reminder approximately seven days before the scheduled deletion date. Final deletion must not occur until at least seven full days after the reminder was actually sent. If the reminder is delayed or fails to send, the final deletion date must be deferred accordingly. JET ROLE may send confirmation of the deletion request, its scheduled date, any postponement, cancellation, and completion.

A successful authenticated login before final deletion automatically cancels the pending deletion request, restores the account’s previous privacy and visibility preferences subject to continuing eligibility and administrative restrictions, and triggers a cancellation confirmation. Logging in does not automatically revive expired participation rights or offers. After final deletion, the account cannot be recovered through this cancellation mechanism.

30.6 Financial Settlement and Mandatory Holds

JET ROLE will not finalize Partner deletion while payable commissions remain unsettled. Before final deletion, JET ROLE must complete the applicable payout or document a lawful cancellation, adjustment, or other legally valid resolution of the amount. Unresolved refunds, chargebacks, disputes, suspected fraud, verification requirements, legal holds, tax or accounting duties, and other lawful obligations may also require postponement. The Partner should be notified of a deferral and its reason where legally and operationally appropriate. A deletion request does not extinguish earned, legally payable commissions, and no blanket forfeiture applies merely because deletion was requested.

30.7 Final Deletion and Residual Records

Once the waiting period and any lawful holds are resolved, JET ROLE deletes the Partner’s account, authentication credentials, sessions, OTP and trusted-device records, profile and contact details, payout instructions, linked bank details held in ordinary Partner account storage, dashboard notifications, outbound email history maintained by JET ROLE, and other account-specific operational records unless retention is lawfully required. Active Partner links, discount codes and offers are disabled, and no new referral commissions accrue after final deletion.

Historical financial and referral records may be retained only to the extent required for lawful accounting, taxation, settlement reconciliation, legal claims, fraud prevention, or other legitimate purposes. Where possible, such records are de-identified as described in Section 23.3. JET ROLE may retain a minimal non-identifying record demonstrating that deletion was completed. A narrowly restricted marketing-suppression record containing an email address may be retained solely to prevent further marketing, and must not be used for outreach or account re-creation. De-identified support tickets, campaign and event records may remain after removal of names, contact details, IP addresses, browser data and other identifiers, where appropriate and technically feasible. Identifiable audit or security evidence is retained only where a lawful basis and retention period apply.

JET ROLE may send a final deletion confirmation to the registered email address immediately before completing the removal of its own account email-history records. Copies already delivered to external email providers or mailboxes cannot be recalled. Independent records maintained by banks, payment processors, referred companies, public search engines or other third parties are not automatically deleted by the removal of the JET ROLE account.

30.8 Other Requests and Applicable Law

Partners who cannot access the self-service controls, including administratively suspended accounts or organizational representatives requiring verification, may submit a request through JET ROLE Help Center → Support Ticket → Privacy & Personal Data. Requests concerning access, correction, destruction of particular records, or other rights are evaluated under applicable Saudi law and are not necessarily subject to the voluntary 90-day account-deletion schedule. Mandatory privacy rights, financial obligations, and other applicable legal requirements take precedence over this Section.

31. Marketing Communications

JET ROLE may send optional marketing communications about Partner
Program opportunities, new plans or products, promotional campaigns,
commission opportunities, training, marketing materials, events,
educational content, onboarding sequences, inactivity or re-engagement
communications, Platform features, and other relevant JET ROLE services.

JET ROLE sends marketing communications only where the applicable
marketing requirements are satisfied, including obtaining consent where
required.

Where JET ROLE requests consent to receive Marketing Emails, that
consent is separate from acceptance of the Partner Terms and Conditions
and Privacy Policy, is optional, and must not be pre-selected on the
Partner’s behalf.

A Partner may withdraw Marketing Email consent or unsubscribe using the
method provided in the communication or applicable
communication-preference controls made available by JET ROLE.

Withdrawal or unsubscribe does not prevent essential non-marketing communications necessary to operate an active Partner account. However, a frozen account receives only necessary account, security, financial settlement, or legal communications, and a pending-deletion account is subject to the narrower communication restrictions in Section 30.4. After final deletion, no marketing communications are sent; a limited suppression record may be kept solely to prevent unwanted marketing.

32. Cookies and Similar Technologies

JET ROLE may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication,
secure Partner sessions, account and form security, applicable
preferences, referral attribution, discount administration, fraud and
abuse prevention, campaign measurement, performance, and website or
Platform analytics.

JET ROLE does not currently provide a dedicated Cookie Banner or Cookie
Settings interface for accepting or rejecting optional cookies. JET ROLE
is reviewing and implementing appropriate controls for optional cookies
and similar technologies where consent or user choice is required.

Until those controls are implemented, JET ROLE will review the
configuration and use of optional analytics, referral, campaign, or
tracking technologies for compliance with applicable privacy
requirements.

Further information is provided or will be maintained in the JET ROLE
Cookie Policy.

Partners using their own websites, landing pages, email tools,
advertising platforms, or tracking technologies are independently
responsible for providing any notices, consent mechanisms, or choices
required for their own processing.

33. External Platforms

Partners may promote JET ROLE through:

Social-media platforms.

Advertising networks.

Websites.

Email tools.

Messaging applications.

Other third-party services.

These platforms operate under their own privacy policies.

JET ROLE is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of a
Partner’s external platforms or marketing systems.

Clearly identify referral or promotional relationships where required.

capable of entering into a binding commercial agreement.

JET ROLE may:

Request age or authority verification.

Reject or restrict an account where legal capacity cannot be confirmed.

Require authorization from a legally competent representative where
permitted.

Close an account created in violation of applicable age or capacity
requirements.

36. Changes to This Policy

37. Governing Requirements

data-protection requirements applicable to JET ROLE, including the laws
and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where applicable.

Nothing in this Policy limits any right or obligation that cannot
lawfully be limited.

Where mandatory law provides greater protection, the mandatory legal
requirement shall apply.

PARTNER REFERRALS, PAYOUTS AND DE-IDENTIFICATION
During voluntary Partner freeze or a pending deletion period, referral links, coupons and offers cease generating new Company registrations or new referrals. Previously valid referrals and already-initiated Company payments may continue to be processed, and eligible commissions from earlier referrals may continue to accrue under the applicable Partner offer. The Partner term continues during freeze without an automatic extension.
Final deletion must not be completed while payable or pending/approved commissions remain unsettled. JET ROLE must first settle or lawfully resolve and document those amounts, including any verification and payout requirements. Upon final deletion, the Partner’s name, email, phone, company details, website, location, payout method, IBAN/bank details and unnecessary IP/browser identifiers are removed from active Partner personal records, subject to any overriding legal retention requirement. De-identified, disabled referral/commission/payout/accounting ledgers may remain where necessary to preserve transaction integrity and meet legal duties. Retained ledgers must not be used to re-identify or contact the former Partner for marketing.

JET ROLE generally determines the purposes and methods of processing
personal data collected directly through the Consultant Platform.

JET ROLE provides technology that enables Consultants to create
professional profiles and, subject to eligibility and visibility
settings, be discovered by Companies.

JET ROLE does not become the Consultant’s employer merely because the
Consultant registers, appears in search, maintains a public profile, or
communicates with a Company.

Where a Consultant and Company establish an independent relationship
outside the Platform, each party may have separate privacy
responsibilities for information processed as part of that relationship.

Search appearances. Profile views. Contact views. Relevant dates and
counts.

Analytics may be aggregated, de-duplicated, delayed, corrected, or
otherwise processed to maintain service accuracy and prevent
manipulation.

4.12 Support Communications

When a Consultant contacts JET ROLE support, we may process:

Consultant name. Consultant identifier. Registered email. Ticket
reference. Ticket category. Ticket subject. Message content.
Attachments. Support replies. Ticket status. Dates and times. Relevant
technical records. IP address and country information recorded in
connection with the Support Ticket, where applicable.

Consultants should not provide passwords, OTP codes, complete
payment-card information, or unnecessary confidential information
through Support Tickets.

4.13 Technical, Device, and Security Information

We may automatically collect or generate:

IP address. Browser type. Device type. Operating system. Session
information. Login date and time. Failed login attempts. OTP activity.
Password-reset activity. Security alerts. Trusted-device information
where applicable. Cookie identifiers. Pages and features used. Error
logs. Fraud-risk indicators. Audit records. 5. Sensitive Personal Data

Certain information processed through Consultant services may require
additional protection under applicable law.

JET ROLE seeks to:

Collect only information reasonably necessary. Limit access. Apply
appropriate security controls. Avoid unnecessary public display. Limit
use to legitimate and stated purposes. Retain information only as
required or appropriate.

Consultants should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal
information in their profiles, messages, or Support Tickets.

6. How We Collect Personal Data 6.1 Directly From the Consultant

For example, when the Consultant:

Registers. Verifies an account. Completes a profile. Updates
professional information. Changes visibility settings. Purchases or
renews a Listing. Contacts support. Updates account settings. 6.2
Automatically

Information may be generated or collected when the Consultant:

Visits the Platform. Logs in. Uses the Consultant Portal. Changes
profile settings. Appears in search. Receives profile views. Uses
security features. Uses cookies or similar technologies. 6.3 From
Companies

We may receive or generate information when a Company:

Searches for Consultants. Views a Consultant Profile. Reveals permitted
contact information. Sends a Consultant a message. Reports a Consultant.
Submits a complaint or support request concerning a Consultant. 6.4 From
Service Providers

We may receive limited information from providers supporting:

Hosting. Email. Authentication. Payments. Analytics. Security. Fraud
prevention. Customer support. Backup and recovery. 7. Purposes of

Compliance Purposes

To:

Comply with applicable law. Respond to lawful requests. Investigate
complaints. Protect legal rights. Establish, exercise, or defend legal
claims. Enforce JET ROLE policies. 8. Legal Basis for Processing

JET ROLE processes Consultant personal data only where an appropriate
legal basis exists under applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

Consent. Processing necessary to perform the Consultant agreement.
Processing necessary to take steps requested before entering into an
agreement. Processing necessary to comply with legal or regulatory
obligations. Processing otherwise permitted or required under applicable
Saudi law. Establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Where processing depends on consent, the Consultant may withdraw that
consent through the withdrawal method made available for the relevant
activity or through JET ROLE Help Center → Support Ticket → Privacy &
Personal Data.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that lawfully occurred
before withdrawal and may affect the availability of a feature where the
relevant processing cannot operate without that information.

9. Profile Visibility Choices

JET ROLE may provide separate controls concerning:

Company search visibility. Public Consultant Profile visibility.
Contact-information visibility.

These settings may operate independently.

For example, disabling Company search does not necessarily remove a
public Consultant Profile where public-profile visibility remains
enabled.

Consultants should review their visibility settings carefully. A voluntary account freeze overrides both Company-search and public-profile visibility while frozen, without erasing the stored preferences.

10. Search Eligibility

A Consultant appears in Company search only when the Platform’s current
eligibility conditions are satisfied. These include:

Account status is active. Profile status is complete. Required minimum
years of professional experience are satisfied. The Consultant is not
hidden by an administrator. The Consultant has not disabled their own
Company-search visibility. An active and non-expired Consultant Listing
exists.

Listing expiry does not delete or suspend the Consultant account or
Profile. The Consultant stops appearing in Company search when the
Listing expires and may become eligible again after renewal if the other
conditions remain satisfied.

Search eligibility is enforced as part of the search process so that
ineligible Consultant records are not returned as Company search
results.

11. Information Available to Companies

Full Consultant search is currently available to eligible Company
accounts on the applicable Pro plan. Users who are not signed in as a
Company do not receive Consultant search data, and Company accounts
without the required plan may receive only limited promotional or
upgrade information rather than full search results.

Eligible Companies may access professional information necessary to
search for and evaluate Consultants, subject to Consultant visibility
choices, Platform permissions, search functionality, and contact-reveal
controls.

Contact details are not printed into the public Consultant profile page
markup. Where permitted, an eligible Company may reveal only the contact
fields the Consultant has chosen to share and that the Platform permits.

Revealed fields may include:

Business email. Phone number. LinkedIn profile. Professional website.

Each contact reveal may be recorded as a Consultant analytics event for
service operation, security, abuse prevention, and aggregate Consultant
analytics.

12. Publicly Available Information

Public Consultant Profile visibility operates independently from
Company-search visibility. A Consultant may disable Company-search
visibility while keeping a working public profile link, subject to the
Platform’s public-profile eligibility rules.

Where a Consultant chooses to maintain a public profile, information
configured for public display may be accessible without the same
Company-account restrictions that apply to Company search.

Consultants are responsible for reviewing information before making it
publicly available.

Disabling or deleting a public profile does not guarantee that
previously accessed information has not been independently retained by
third parties.

13. Company Messages

An eligible Company may send a Consultant a message through the
Consultant discovery interface.

Under the current Platform workflow, one submitted message may generate
an in-site notification, an entry in the Consultant Notifications area,
and an email generated from the applicable JET ROLE message template.

The Consultant’s underlying email address is not exposed to the
Company’s browser merely because the Company uses the Platform messaging
feature; delivery is performed server-side.

JET ROLE may process the message content and related metadata as
reasonably necessary to deliver the message, generate notifications,
provide support, prevent abuse, investigate complaints, maintain
security, and comply with applicable law.

Platform messaging is subject to technical anti-abuse controls, which
currently include a rate limit of up to 12 messages per hour per sender.

JET ROLE does not guarantee the identity, legitimacy, accuracy, or
intentions of every Company or sender. Consultants should independently
verify a Company before providing additional confidential information or
entering an external professional relationship.

14. External Communication

After receiving a Company inquiry, a Consultant may choose to
communicate outside JET ROLE.

External communications may occur through:

Email. Phone. LinkedIn. Professional website. Other channels selected by
the parties.

Once communication takes place outside JET ROLE, the external service or
the parties themselves may independently process information.

JET ROLE does not control independent processing occurring entirely
outside the Platform.

15. External Consulting Relationships

Where a Consultant and Company establish a consulting relationship
independently, JET ROLE is not automatically the controller of
information exchanged solely for that external engagement.

The Consultant and Company are responsible for determining their
respective privacy obligations concerning information they independently
collect and process.

16. Consultant Listing and Subscription Records

JET ROLE may retain records concerning:

Listing purchases. Activation. Expiry. Renewal. Discounts. Coupons.
Payment status.

These records may remain after Listing expiry where required for
financial, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.

Listing expiry does not automatically delete the Consultant account or
Consultant Profile.

17. Consultant Analytics Privacy

JET ROLE records Consultant analytics events using the following current
event types:

Search appearance. Profile view. Contact view.

The Consultant dashboard presents aggregate counts rather than the
identity of the Company or individual responsible for an event.

JET ROLE applies measures including daily de-duplication and self-view
exclusion to improve analytics quality and reduce artificial inflation
or manipulation.

Analytics are informational, may be delayed or corrected, and do not
identify every underlying visitor or Company to the Consultant.

18. Automated Processing

JET ROLE may use automated systems for technical and administrative
functions such as:

Determining whether required profile fields are complete. Determining
whether a Listing is active. Applying search-visibility rules. Detecting
suspicious activity. Generating analytics. Applying search filters.

The availability of automated functionality does not mean that JET ROLE
guarantees a professional outcome, Company engagement, consulting
opportunity, or search ranking.

Where applicable law provides rights relating to automated processing,
JET ROLE will handle eligible requests in accordance with applicable
requirements.

19. Who May Receive Consultant Information

JET ROLE may disclose Consultant information to the following categories
where reasonably necessary.

19.1 Companies

Eligible Companies may access professional Consultant information
through Consultant search and related features.

Contact information is subject to applicable Consultant preferences and
Platform permissions.

19.2 Public Visitors

Where the Consultant enables a public profile, information configured
for public display may be accessible to public visitors.

19.3 Authorized Service Providers

Service providers may support:

Hosting. Storage. Email. Authentication. Payment processing. Analytics.
Security. Fraud prevention. Customer support. Backup and recovery. 19.4
JET ROLE Personnel and Contractors

Authorized personnel may access information where reasonably necessary
for:

Account administration. Approval. Support. Security. Billing.
Compliance. Technical maintenance. Dispute resolution. 19.5 Professional
Advisers

Information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to:

Lawyers. Accountants. Auditors. Tax advisers. Security advisers. 19.6
Government and Legal Authorities

Information may be disclosed where required or permitted by applicable
law or a valid legal process.

19.7 Corporate Transactions

Information may be disclosed as reasonably necessary in connection with
a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or
transfer of the Platform, subject to applicable legal safeguards.

20. Service Providers

JET ROLE may appoint service providers to process Consultant information
on its behalf.

JET ROLE seeks to require appropriate contractual, confidentiality,
security, and data-protection safeguards where applicable.

Certain providers may independently determine limited processing
purposes under their own legal obligations.

Current service categories may include PayPal for applicable Consultant
Listing payments, Google Analytics for website and Platform analytics,
Independent Analytics (IndependentWP) as an analytics tool, and other
infrastructure, email, security, hosting, or support providers used to
operate JET ROLE. Provider arrangements may change as the Platform
evolves.

21. International Data Transfers

JET ROLE or its service providers may process or store Consultant
personal data outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This may occur through services such as:

Cloud infrastructure. Email delivery. Authentication. Analytics. Payment
processing. Security. Support. Backup infrastructure.

Where personal data is transferred outside the Kingdom, JET ROLE will
apply applicable assessments, safeguards, contractual measures,
approvals, and other requirements required under Saudi data-protection
law.

22. Data Retention

JET ROLE retains Consultant personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose, subject to applicable Saudi law, financial and tax obligations, legitimate legal claims, security requirements, and documented retention schedules. Retention periods differ by data category. Account freezing is not deletion and does not initiate the deletion countdown.

22.1 Active and Frozen Accounts

While an account is active, information necessary for Consultant services may be retained. During a voluntary freeze, the account and profile information remain stored for possible reactivation, while search, public-profile and contact discovery are disabled. Listing expiry continues according to its original term.

22.2 Expired Listings

Expiry does not automatically delete the Consultant account or profile. Listing payment, activation, renewal, discount and invoice records may be retained for accounting, compliance and dispute purposes.

22.3 Pending Deletion

A verified self-service deletion request starts a 90-day grace period. The Consultant account is made inactive and hidden from Company search and public discovery during this period. The account may be restored by an authenticated login before final deletion, which cancels the request. A reminder is sent seven days before the planned deletion, and final deletion will not occur until at least seven days after that reminder was sent. If the reminder cannot be sent as required, deletion is deferred pending the required notice.

22.4 Final Deletion and Limited Retention

Following completion of the deletion process, JET ROLE removes the Consultant account, login and authentication credentials, profile, photograph, public listing, visibility settings, notifications, OTP and trusted-device records, and other account-specific operational records no longer needed. The final confirmation is sent before removal of the account email from the active platform record.

JET ROLE may retain financial and Consultant Listing payment records to the extent legally required, and may preserve anonymized or de-identified support tickets, campaign and event logs, and security or audit evidence subject to applicable retention rules. Identifiers such as IP address and browser details are removed from records designated for de-identification unless retention of specific information is legally required. A minimal non-identifying deletion-completion record may be maintained. A limited marketing-suppression record may be kept to honor opt-outs, with access and use restricted to that purpose and any applicable legal requirement.

Data already lawfully received or independently retained by a Company, external service provider or public search engine may not be under JET ROLE’s direct control. Backup copies may persist temporarily until their established rotation or expiry; restoration procedures must prevent deleted accounts from being unintentionally reactivated.

22.5 Anonymized Information

JET ROLE may retain aggregate or irreversibly anonymized information that no longer reasonably identifies the Consultant. Data retention, erasure and exceptions remain subject to mandatory law.

23. Information Accuracy

Consultants are responsible for keeping their information accurate and
current.

JET ROLE may request correction or verification where information
appears:

Incorrect. Outdated. Incomplete. Misleading. Fraudulent. Inconsistent.

Material inaccuracies may result in restrictions while the information
is reviewed.

24. Data Security

JET ROLE applies administrative, technical, and organizational
safeguards designed to protect Consultant personal data.

Measures may include:

Password protection. OTP authentication where enabled. Access controls.
Session controls. Secure transmission. Encryption where appropriate.
Audit logging. Security monitoring. Backup procedures. Fraud prevention.
Incident-response procedures.

No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Consultants are responsible for protecting their own account credentials
and devices.

25. Personal Data Breaches

Where JET ROLE becomes aware of a relevant personal-data breach, it may:

Investigate the incident. Contain the incident. Restrict affected
accounts. Preserve relevant evidence. Work with relevant service
providers. Apply corrective safeguards. Notify affected individuals
where required. Notify competent authorities where required by
applicable law.

Consultants should promptly report suspected unauthorized access or
exposure through the official JET ROLE support channel.

26. Consultant Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable Saudi law, identity verification and lawful exceptions, Consultants may request information about processing; access or a readable copy of eligible personal data; correction or completion of inaccurate information; destruction where applicable; withdrawal of consent; changes to available visibility and marketing preferences; and review of privacy complaints.

Active, eligible Consultants may also use the Account Status & Privacy controls to freeze or request deletion of their account. These operational controls do not replace statutory personal-data rights. Suspended Consultants cannot use the self-service freeze/deletion flow and must submit eligible privacy requests through the official support channel. JET ROLE will assess requests according to applicable law, including where a legal exception or preservation obligation applies.

These rights do not automatically provide access to another person’s data, confidential Company information, protected security or fraud methods, privileged legal information, or other material lawfully withheld.

27. How to Exercise Your Privacy Rights

Eligible active Consultants may use Account Status & Privacy in their authenticated Consultant Portal for voluntary account freeze, unfreeze, or a deletion request. JET ROLE verifies the account holder before executing sensitive account-status changes.

Other privacy requests, and requests from suspended or otherwise ineligible Consultants, may be submitted through JET ROLE Help Center → Support Ticket → Privacy & Personal Data. Include sufficient details to identify the relevant account and explain the request. Do not submit passwords, OTP codes, full payment-card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information in a ticket.

JET ROLE may require proportionate identity or authority verification, and may limit or delay a request only as permitted or required by law. Where appropriate, JET ROLE will explain its decision. Requests will be handled under applicable Saudi data-protection requirements.

28. Voluntary Account Freeze, Reactivation and Deletion

28.1 Eligibility and Verification

The self-service Account Status & Privacy feature is available to eligible active Consultant accounts after account-holder verification. It is not available to suspended Consultants. Account closure or personal-data destruction requests outside the self-service flow may be submitted to JET ROLE’s privacy support channel and will be reviewed under applicable law.

28.2 Freeze Account

Freezing is reversible and does not erase the Consultant’s account or professional information. Once frozen, the Consultant is excluded from Company search and public Consultant listing/profile discovery; contact-reveal and new Company messaging access through discovery are disabled. Ordinary promotional and nonessential Platform notifications stop, while essential account, security, legal and billing messages may still be sent. A paid Consultant Listing continues toward its original expiry date while the account is frozen; the freeze does not automatically extend the term or create a refund entitlement, subject to mandatory law and applicable Terms.

28.3 Unfreeze Account

Following successful account-holder verification, unfreezing restores the account and the visibility preferences that existed before freezing, subject to current eligibility, administrative restrictions, listing validity and Platform rules. Unfreezing does not reinstate an expired Listing or override a suspension.

28.4 Request Account Deletion

An eligible Consultant may request deletion through Account Status & Privacy by verifying their current password and entering the confirmation word DELETE. Repeated incorrect-password attempts may trigger a temporary security lock. JET ROLE revokes existing sessions, hides and deactivates the account, and schedules final deletion after a 90-day grace period. During this period, ordinary Consultant services, search visibility, marketing and routine notifications are unavailable. Only essential messages relating to account status, deletion, login verification, password recovery, security or legal obligations are permitted.

28.5 Cancel Pending Deletion

A successful authenticated login before final deletion automatically cancels the pending request and triggers a cancellation confirmation email. Restoration of visibility and listing eligibility remains subject to the account’s saved settings, current listing expiry and Platform eligibility rules.

28.6 Deletion Reminder and Completion

JET ROLE sends a reminder seven days before the scheduled final deletion and does not finalize deletion until at least seven days have elapsed after the reminder was sent. At completion, the final confirmation email is sent before the account email is removed from active records. Final deletion is irreversible within JET ROLE’s active systems, subject to legally required retention and backup limitations described in Section 22.

28.7 Payment and Third-Party Records

A freeze or deletion request does not automatically entitle the Consultant to a refund or extension of an active paid Listing, subject to mandatory law and applicable Terms. Legally required financial, tax, transaction and Listing payment records may be retained. Company records or copies lawfully obtained before deletion may remain outside JET ROLE’s control.

28.8 Service Notifications

JET ROLE may send role-specific transactional notices for freeze, unfreeze, deletion request, scheduled deletion date, advance reminder, cancellation and final completion. These are essential account communications, not marketing.

29. Marketing Communications

JET ROLE may send optional communications concerning Consultant services, new features, Listing offers, educational content, onboarding and re-engagement, only where applicable marketing requirements are satisfied, including consent where required. Marketing consent is separate from acceptance of Terms and Privacy Policy, optional and not pre-selected.

Consultants may unsubscribe or withdraw consent using the mechanism in a message or available communication-preference controls. JET ROLE suppresses future optional marketing after withdrawal unless a new valid opt-in is obtained. Voluntary freeze and pending deletion also suspend promotional, educational and routine Platform messages. Essential account-status, security, deletion, legal and necessary payment messages may continue. After final deletion, retained information must not be used to recontact the former Consultant for marketing or routine Platform engagement.

30. Cookies and Similar Technologies

JET ROLE may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication,
secure sessions, account and form security, trusted-device
functionality, applicable preferences, fraud and abuse prevention,
performance, and website or Platform analytics.

Some cookies and similar technologies are strictly necessary for the
secure and proper operation of JET ROLE.

JET ROLE currently uses Google Analytics for website and Platform
measurement and also uses Independent Analytics (IndependentWP) as an
analytics tool. The exact processing, storage, and cookie behavior of
each analytics technology depends on its configuration and applicable
provider arrangements.

Further information is provided or will be maintained in the JET ROLE
Cookie Policy.

31. External Platforms and Links

Consultant Profiles may contain links to external services such as:

LinkedIn. Professional websites. Other approved external services.

These external services operate under their own privacy policies and
terms.

JET ROLE is not responsible for their independent privacy practices.

Consultants are responsible for ensuring that external links included in
their profiles are appropriate and lawful.

32. Consultant Responsibilities

Consultants must:

Provide accurate information. Protect credentials. Maintain appropriate
visibility settings. Respect Company privacy. Use information obtained
through JET ROLE lawfully. Report suspected security incidents. Avoid
unnecessary disclosure of sensitive information.

Consultants must not use information obtained through JET ROLE for spam,
harassment, unlawful marketing, fraud, unauthorized databases, or other
unrelated unlawful purposes.

33. Children and Legal Capacity

Consultant services are intended for individuals legally capable of
entering into the applicable commercial and professional arrangements.

JET ROLE may request information reasonably necessary to confirm legal
capacity where required.

JET ROLE may reject, restrict, or close an account where applicable
eligibility or legal-capacity requirements are not satisfied.

34. Changes to This Policy

JET ROLE may update this Consultant Privacy Policy to reflect:

Changes to Consultant services. New Listing features. New search
functionality. New communication tools. New service providers. Security
improvements. Legal or regulatory requirements. Operational changes.

The updated Policy will display a revised Last Updated date.

Where a change is material, JET ROLE may provide notice through:

Email. Consultant Portal. Login notice. Platform announcement. Another
reasonable communication method.

Where required by applicable law, JET ROLE may request additional
consent.

35. Governing Requirements

This Policy is intended to operate in accordance with applicable privacy
and data-protection requirements in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
including the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its applicable
regulations.

Nothing in this Policy limits a right or obligation that cannot lawfully
be limited.

Where mandatory law provides greater protection, the mandatory legal
requirement will apply.

36. Language

This Privacy Policy is currently provided in English.

JET ROLE may make this Policy available in Arabic or other languages in
the future for convenience and accessibility.

In the event of any inconsistency or difference in interpretation
between the English version and any translated version, the English
version will prevail, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Where applicable law requires a particular language or provides
otherwise, the requirements of applicable law will prevail.
