Why can users not find my company in the public directory?
Public visibility can depend on the company's profile and visibility settings. Review your company profile and confirm that the appropriate public options are enabled. If the company should be visible but is still missing, contact Support. JET ROLE includes a public Companies Directory for discoverable company profiles.
