JET ROLE is introducing Video Introductions, a new feature designed to help professionals present more than what can be shown on a traditional CV.

Employees can now add a professional video to their profile, giving potential employers an opportunity to learn more about their communication style, experience, personality, and professional goals before moving forward in the recruitment process.

Adding a video is optional, and employees remain in control of its visibility. A short, professional introduction can complement the information already available in the Professional CV and help create a stronger first impression.

JET ROLE is also introducing Video Interview Requests. Eligible companies can request a video from a candidate directly through the platform. The employee receives the request and can decide whether to provide a video. Once the video becomes available, the company can be notified and continue evaluating the candidate.

For the best results, we recommend keeping your introduction clear, professional, and focused. Briefly introduce yourself, highlight your experience and key skills, explain what you can bring to an employer, and record in a quiet environment with good lighting and clear audio.
