This enhancement brings a new level of verification to professional profiles while giving organizations greater control over how their workforce is represented on the platform.
Instead of manually entering a company name, employees can now select their employer from an intelligent company search when adding their work experience. Once submitted, the company receives a notification to review the employment relationship and either approve or decline the request.
Only approved current employees will appear on a company’s public profile, ensuring that visitors, job seekers, and business partners see accurate and verified information. This helps companies present an authentic workforce while giving professionals an additional layer of credibility for their employment history.
Importantly, the approval process is designed solely for public profile visibility. It does not modify an employee’s resume, employment history, or account data. Employees remain in full control of their personal information, while companies simply verify whether an active employment relationship exists for public display.
The Company Employees Module also creates new opportunities for employer branding. Public company pages become richer, allowing visitors to see verified team members and gain greater confidence in the organization. For employees, being listed as a verified member of their company enhances professional trust and strengthens their online identity.
