  • From authorized company account owners or administrators.
  • From service providers supporting the Platform.
  • From public sources where collection is lawful.
  • From another user where they are authorized to provide the information.

  • Public visitors accessing Consultant information that the Consultant has chosen to make available through a public Consultant profile.
  • Job seekers viewing public company and job information.
  • Authorized company team members.
  • Payment and billing providers.
  • Email and notification providers.
  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers.
  • Analytics and performance providers.
  • Artificial Intelligence service providers.
  • Security, identity-verification, and fraud-prevention providers.
  • Professional advisers, auditors, and insurers.
  • Government, regulatory, judicial, or law-enforcement authorities when legally required.
  • Successors or parties involved in a lawful merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of the Platform.

Service providers are expected to process data only for authorized purposes and subject to appropriate confidentiality, privacy, and security requirements.

9. Employee and Candidate Visibility

Employees may be provided with controls to determine how their profiles and resumes are displayed.

Depending on the available features, an employee may be able to:

  • Make a profile visible to eligible Employers.
  • Hide a profile from candidate search.
  • Create a public professional profile.
  • Enable or disable a public CV.
  • Control selected contact or professional information.
  • Apply directly to specific job postings.

Submitting a job application may make relevant application and resume information available to the Employer that posted the job.

Changing profile visibility does not necessarily remove information previously shared through an application, downloaded resume, lawful business record, audit record, or communication.

10. Employer Data Responsibilities

Employers that receive or access candidate information must use it only for legitimate recruitment and employment-related purposes.

Employers must not:

  • Sell candidate data.
  • Use candidate information for unrelated marketing.
  • Disclose resumes to unauthorized persons.
  • Store data without reasonable security safeguards.
  • Contact candidates for unrelated commercial purposes.
  • Use candidate data in violation of applicable law or JET ROLE policies.

Employers may be independently responsible for their own processing of candidate information after receiving it through the Platform.

11. Consultant Visibility and Company Access

Consultants may be provided with controls to manage how their professional information is displayed through JET ROLE.

Depending on the available features, a Consultant may be able to:

  • Appear in Consultant search available to eligible Employers.
  • Hide their profile from Company search.
  • Enable or disable a public Consultant profile.
  • Control the visibility of selected contact information.
  • Receive messages and professional inquiries from eligible Companies.

Consultant search visibility may depend on account status, profile completion, applicable professional-experience requirements, an active and non-expired Consultant Listing, visibility preferences, and any administrative restrictions applied by JET ROLE.

Public Consultant profile visibility and Company search visibility may operate independently.

Where permitted by the Consultant’s settings and JET ROLE’s Platform controls, eligible Companies may be able to access selected Consultant contact information.

Information exchanged after a Consultant and Company choose to communicate outside JET ROLE may be processed independently by those parties and is outside JET ROLE’s direct control.

12. Artificial Intelligence Processing

Certain JET ROLE features may use Artificial Intelligence to assist with:

  • Resume evaluation.
  • Job matching.
  • Candidate ranking.
  • Job recommendations.
  • Career suggestions.
  • Interview preparation.
  • Professional summaries.
  • Cover letters.
  • Search and filtering.
  • Other recruitment or career-related outputs.

Information submitted to these features may be processed by JET ROLE or authorized AI service providers for the purpose of producing the requested result, maintaining security, preventing misuse, and improving service performance where legally permitted.

AI-generated results may contain errors, omissions, or unsuitable recommendations. They are provided as assistance only and must not be treated as guaranteed employment, recruitment, legal, financial, or professional advice.

Optional marketing communications will be sent where permitted and according to applicable consent or preference requirements.

Users may unsubscribe from optional promotional emails through the unsubscribe method included in the communication or by updating available communication preferences.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent JET ROLE from sending essential account, transaction, application, Listing, policy, service, or security notices.

19. Children and Minimum Age

JET ROLE is intended for persons legally permitted to seek employment, recruit candidates, provide Consultant services, participate in applicable programs, or enter into the relevant agreement under applicable law.

The Platform is not intended for children below the applicable legal age unless their use is permitted by law and supported by any authorization required under applicable law.

JET ROLE may suspend or remove an account where it reasonably determines that the user does not meet applicable eligibility or legal-capacity requirements.

JET ROLE may contain links to or interact with third-party websites or services.

These may include professional websites, social-media services, payment providers, or other external services.

JET ROLE does not control the privacy practices, content, security, or availability of independent third parties.
