The Employer may access Candidate Data where:

  • Avoid fees or contractual commitments owed to JET ROLE.

The Employer may be required to provide evidence supporting an exception.

  • A prior application.

  • A dated recruitment record.

  • A prior email exchange.

  • A previous employment relationship.

  • A documented talent-pool record.

  • Another reliable dated record.

13. Tracking Period

JET ROLE may set a referral attribution period for each Partner offer.

The period may begin when the prospective Company:

  • Clicks a Referral Link.

  • Uses a Partner code.

  • Visits an approved campaign page.

  • Is manually registered as an approved lead.

  • Performs another recorded referral action.

If no period is specified, JET ROLE may apply the standard period configured in the Partner Program at the time of the referral.

A referral will not automatically remain attributed indefinitely.

14. Last-Click and Competing Attribution

Where multiple Partners claim the same Company, JET ROLE may determine attribution using:

  • The first valid introduction.

  • The code used during checkout.

  • A recorded sales interaction.

  • Documentary evidence.

  • Campaign-specific rules.

  • Existing customer records.

  • The Company’s confirmation.
